Do not stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Walla Walla on 520 2nd Ave. Got checked in to find my sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and the clerk said they could bring us clean sheets to our room #109, NO I want another room. The clerk came down and took a picture of the bed and apologized. She walked us to another room #115, walked in and I mentioned it smelled. She made a comment like we can't keep going room to room flipping sheets. Gee I wonder why. The flip lock on the door was not real secure. The fan in the bathroom didn't have a cover and was insanely loud. One bar of soap and one pk of makeup remover, no lotion. My daughter woke up the next morning with a wheat beetle on her arm and brushed it off onto the mattress and took a picture. If I can post the picture I will. They have no elevators in the hotel, believe it ir not. Either go outside to the front desk or drag your luggage up or down the stairs.

This place is beyond disgusting. Do not waste your time it’s absolutely not what it is advertised as. The rooms are incredibly dirty and our sheets had human hair and blood stains on them.

Owner said it is "disgusting" about the pee on toilet seat. And stated he, " doesn't care if rooms are disgusting". Obvious seeing him & you know s@*t runs downhill. He then threatened us back at home. Called Police, officer stated that he has a stack of reports on him.

The person working the desk was rude very inconsiderate to our situation and refused to accommodate our needs. We ended at the capri hotel and we're very happy with that place

Our room was very humid and stinky. The bathroom door would not close and the closet would not open.

Check in staff was great. We had 3 rooms. Upon entering rooms we found food left if refrigerator in 2 rooms. Bobby pens on bathroom floor in one room. Long dark hair on and in shower. Clearly cleaning staff not doing their job.

Didn’t like that the hotel seemed empty but an early check in was not offered. One of the comforters was stained.
It was in a very convenient location, close to downtown. Easily walkable.
