Excellent hotel,restaurant and bar were excellent. Rooms plenty big enoughand comfortable.Staff were all excellent and friendly. Overall a lovely stay.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the stuff are so rude and disrespectful. The hotel is clearly run down as beds and towels are not clean, followed by the bathroom being dirty. The shower temperature is either cold or hot there is no inbetween. Very poor considering it costed £170 for two nights

Worst experience arrived to be told there fully booked even though they had my reservation 8 guest in reception comparing as they were given single beds Worst front desk manager rude and arrogant scruffy uniform and lazy Done nothing but shout and wave his hands

I have been using this hotel since 2006 and that includes business meetings, Christmas parties, meeting new work colleagues & interviews & whenever I visit I receive a warm welcome & good service. Becks in the restaurant is great and always chats etc, and the lady yesterday who reminded me of the “St Pierre” blimey shows how bad my memory is with age. Keep up the good work & see you all again soon.
