酒店位於和歌山車站附近，需要從車站東口出去，房間不大，2個大箱子一個在門背後，一個在行李架處勉強可以同時打開，房間設定如同其他酒店一樣，就是缺少浴衣和衣帽掛櫥，掛衣架是簡易木條釘牆上替代。適合短期住宿，樓下有投幣洗衣服務。唯一驚喜的是，這家酒店居然提供免費早餐服務，有簡單的早餐食品供應，比如麪包、三明治、咖啡、飲料、以及日式早餐湯、飯糰、小菜、米飯等。性價比不錯。
