Element Waco

Third time returning and it’s always a wonderful stay at the Element Waco and can’t say enough good things about the hospitality here—especially from the kitchen staff. Every morning, Adriana and Miriam went above and beyond to make breakfast feel like home. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail truly made my mornings easier for a mom of 3. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests, always greeting everyone with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed, along with the cleaning staff being warm and welcoming each time. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with great amenities and a perfect location. Love how they offer a complimentary wine or beer at 5. Coming from a big city like Houston there are many 5 star hotels but in Waco there are hardly any, but this hotel meets all expectations. Only downside i can mention is they sometimes don’t let the guest open the umbrellas by the pool due to “high winds” and shade is not an option by the pool during the day. Other than that great stay!

The hotel was great! Mackenzie Olvera was amazing! We stayed for a week and Mackenzie regularly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We have always enjoyed elements. Charisma at the front desk was awesome. Beds are comfortable and A/C works. That’s all we need.

Our room was clean and had a great kitchenette that was stocked very well. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we'd had and is free with your stay. The pool was lovely as was the hot tub! The bar staff was very friendly and the drinks were delicious!

Lauren at the front desk was INCREDIBLE!! She was so gracious and extremely helpful!! Charisma was also wonderful! Thank you for having such incredible people at your front desk to take care of us!
