They refused to let me check in because i didn’t have my card for my service animal. I spent the last of my money to get this room so i could rest before hitting the road again to drive another 6 hours back home. So i had to sit in my car for 3 hours trying to get a refund to be able to get another room.

I was able to change date without any hesitation, attitude, it was a very smooth transaction. It was the best decision I made hotel I made for me and my family.

It was quiet quiet quiet. I was able to sleep in peace. Thanks for the breakfasts. There should not be a 100 character minimum if the stay was satisfactory

The Management Team and Customer Service was great. My team stayed for a few weeks and they knew everyone by name and were friendly and helpful. Would def stay again for future projects.

Sketchy
Got in room and tv was on. I never had this happen. There was water on the floor and room smelled like ****. Requested a new room and they said they had none. Sketchy place. There were people in lobby drinking.

Do not waste your time booking at this facility. We checked in 5/16/25.The facility was filthy and unkept. Lots of sketchy by standers hanging out in the front.
The elevator was not working. They only have one elevator. When we finally got the elevator to work we got to our room the air was not working. We get to our room the tv was not working. The window had no secure screen all the screws were out of the window so anyone can just jump straight out. There were no batteries in the smoke dectector Our room number was 301. The only other fire exit was locked and under construction. I don’t think the fire Marshall would approve that.
We tried to get a refund. That did not work. For the price we paid at 208/night I feel like we got cheated. We will never stay here again.

I didn't like these place because whe we arrived i notice the these hotel it was full of homeless people. The hallways smell like mari.......guana .the roo. I stay in it was not very clean , i open the microwave and i found a plate of old food inside i dont know how long spend inside of the microwave, the fridge was not working, and the toilet it was super dirty, with urine all over the seat, plus i didn't sleep well because of rhe noise of the highway cars all night long. Not a good experience for me ,i don't recomend these hotel
