В общем хорошо. Ужасное впечатление произвёл ковролин на 5 этаже. Очень страшный и грязный. Со времен постройки наверное. В номере тоже уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Грязный ковролин, грязный унитаз, плитка у раковины не моется вообще никогда видимо. Очень удобные матрасы, белье и полотенца чистые, не застираные. Тихо. Выспались хорошо. Вода на этаже в кулере. Расположение отличное. Завтрак для непритязательных. В принципе наелись. Сардельки вкусные, а вот перец тухлый попался, и мне и дочери. И странно, что в 19.30 мы уже не смогли поужинать в ресторане. Не в 23.30 же пришли! Спасибо за труд, но есть над чем работать.

Посетила с семьей ресторан при отеле на втором этаже, душное помещение,со старой мебелью, персонал неприветливый, еда невкусная, половина блюд из меню отсутствует. Не рекомендую это место

Потрясающая гостиница, в старом здании типографии. Бы здесь с семьей в июне 2025 года . Путешествовали на машине из Питера . Семья из 4х человек . Нам досталось 2 номера , по 2 кровати в каждом . Номера были большие , просторные . Явно после ремонта , потому что в гостинице все новое , ванна современная. В номере были шампуни, мыло, тапочки, фен , стаканы , тв и пожалуй все. Но мы ночевали 1 ночь и нам было более чем достаточно . Завтрак был включем, но он конечно простоват, но вкусный . В лобби отеля и на завтраке чувствуется немного старость времени , но так как гостиница расположена в 10 мин от основных достопримечательностях, то это ничего страшного . Выборг замечательный город , со своей изюминкой .

За 6000 сутки, а мы приехали на 3-е суток,была у сына на свадьбе. Заплатила 18000 непонятно за что! Жуткий душ, в котором без тапочек не возможно стоять. Воду надо полчаса сливать, чтобы была хотя бы более менее теплая. Тапочки купила 150 рублей за пару!!!! Представляете! За 18000 я еще и тапочки должна покупать!!!! Жуткий ремонт! Жуткое постельное бельё! Завтрак, ладно, еще более менее. Ну, и вазу для цветов нам нашли. Жалею, что не сделала фото этого всего ужаса!!!!!!!!!!

Для начала перечислю положительные моменты: - расположение- близко от вокзала и старого города - красивое здание с историей - отзывчивый персонал в ресторане на завтраке, портье при входе - съедобный завтрак с ранним началом -в 7 часов утра Все что в силах персонала, ребята делают и делают хорошо. А все минусы относятся уже к ведению администрации: - старый ковролин - запах канализации в санузле - следы убитых комаров на светлых обоях -обшарпанные двери в номерах Хочется, что бы к отелю были приложены средства и заботливые руки

Останавливались в этой гостинице не в первый раз, с каждым разом состояние номеров всё более и более уставшее, в этот раз были совсем разочарованы. Отель со статусом три звезды предоставляет номер без тапочек, халатов, воды питьевой и чайника в номере, также отсутствует уже привычный для этого уровня сейф. В санузле с холодным плиточным полом нет коврика, устойчивый крайне неприятный запах канализации, изнутри не запирается дверь (замок есть, но он неисправен). Из плюсов - удобное расположение гостиницы, есть фен, холодильник, удовлетворительный матрас, чистая постель. Был приемлемый завтрак, муж вегетарианец тоже нашел что поесть. По возможности здесь не останавливайтесь. Гостиница уставшая, требует ремонта и обновления номерного фонда! Но видимо некогда, очень деньги нужны...

Убожество с большой буквы! На месте владельца отеля было бы стыдно селить в такую гостишку. Начиная с входной двери,которую не открыть🤦♀️Ковролин это что-то с чем-то,по нему даже в обуви противно идти. Лифт это отдельный экпонат этого отеля...достался нам, видимо,номер без ремонта(515), причем по цене далеко не дешево, это даже словами не описать, но жить пришлось, благо всего лишь ночь переночевать надо было..... ужас,ужас и еще раз ужас. ...
