This hotel lacks consideration as they didn't even provide enough toothbrushes for the children. I was given a free massage voucher and when I used it, the massage staff demanded a tip, which was very unpleasant! Tips are not something that should be expected, and if the customer gives it, you should accept it! This is the worst hotel.

Reception service is bad, swimming pool is small, good to have a private beach but it’s not clean - a lot of rubbishes, e.g nilon bags.

Nice hotel right in front of the sea.
Those who have accessibility needs may find it difficult to stay at this hotel since there is lots of stairs across the resort. Staff are generally friendly with limited English ability. They willingly helped to carry luggage to the room. Check in and out took longer than expected, especially check out took around 20mins on weekday, they should consider having express check out. The view from the seaside room is nice and chill. Breakfast has good variety of Vietnamese and western spread.

Great location and the best private beach spot in Vung Tau. Service is perfect, rooms are nice, so I would reccommend choosing this hotel for staying in Vung Tau.

The room was excellent, from design to cleanliness, love the body wash and shampoo. One of the most comfortable hotel room with silence air conditioning system. And I don’t doubt that they have an excellent housekeeping team in this property. However, the restaurant staff need to improve their service ! Sorry but you really needs a major improvement for F&B team in all areas related there. Otherwise, thanks for a comfortable stay. Huge thanks to the bell service for carrying my luggages across the street and up the hills !

I booked 3 deluxe twin rooms with seaview for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with friends. I got warm welcome from Ms. Duyen (Asistant Guest Relations Manager), Ms. Chi Receptionist and Mr. Vinh Bellman. Ms Duyen helped us arrange our room with nice view and she made me surprised with the cakes. Ms. Chi checked in for us very fast and professional. Mr. Vinh help us deliver all heavy luggages to our rooms and call electricty car fo us. Also thank for Mr. Hoang FB Manager for taking care of us about breakfast. Our stay was so pleasant in Mercure Vung Tau. And we really enjoy our stay much because of them.
But there's a small problem that I made reservations on trip.com for my stay 22-24Dec, but my working schedule was changed so I contacted Ms. Trang Lam Reservation to support to change to 20-22Dec, she asked me to contact with trip.com. After I contacted trip.com, they helped me contact hotel again to change. Sometimes, I know if both side agrees to change, I can change althought my booking policy shows not amend. But trip.com said that the hotel didnt agree to change. And I asked her for a solution that I can pay more to change or not, she just sent me an email with room price for 20-22Dec, didnt tell me that I can cancel old reservation to make a new reservation or not. Finally, I had to change my schedule, only stayed in hotel 1 night and left Vung Tau 3:30AM for taking my flight on 24Dec.
