メルキュールブンタウが大好きで2回目/1year滞在です。今回は雨季のためチェックイン時に大雨でしたが、ホテルマンは大雨のなか、最前のホスピタリティで迎え入れてくださいました。
しかしながら、ひとつ残念な点は前回と異なり今回は遅い時間帯に朝食会場へ伺いました。
すると全て残り物で大皿の隅に寄った食材ばかりで、まるで残飯のようで食欲が失せてしまいました。
とても残念でした。

The front desk must be discriminating against Chinese people. When I checked in with my child, I found a snake-like creature at the door of the room. I was willing to upgrade the room type at my own expense and move to a room on the 2nd floor. When there were many rooms, I was told that there were no rooms. After contacting the hotel on the Ctrip platform, the rooms that could be booked were removed from the shelves 2 hours later. They were unwilling to cancel the order, and the order for the next day could not be cancelled. Think twice before booking.

Очаровательнейший отель ! Прекрасное уединенное расположение на первой линии , чистейшие номера и территория, очень отзывчивый персонал . Просто перезагрузилась за два дня . Тишина , красота и покой . Свой пляж , большой бассейн и бассейн с морской водой(к сожалению во время моего прибывания был закрыт). Завтрак наивкуснейший , выбор огромный . Бесплатный прокат велосипедов . Было много отдыхающих с маленькими детьми , но территория большая и никто никому не мешал . При заселении дали ваучер на закуски , при выезде забронировали билет на паром. 5+! С удовольствием бы вернулась ещё раз !
