Great stay at the Pullman in Vung Tao. Was only there for one night, but the food and accommodations and service were wonderful. very convenient location by the beautiful beach area. Also got great support from Huong and Trinh, who even helped me recover a Bluetooth speaker I’d forgotten. Amazing staff and hotel, highly recommend!

Been there for relaxing time. The staff was great. The hotel rules state 'gives you 2bottles everyday. Extra bottles is charged 50 000VND' ... Don't mind that...just go argue that to the counter, they gives us plenty more for free. The breakfast had lot of choice : western, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese food. The hotel is at 3minutes by walk from Back Beach (largest one). However, that beach has lot of rubbish and garbage from the sea... The pool was really awesome. Improvement: make the bar a bit more active😉 No one there... Had to go inside to get a cold beer

This is my fourth time returning to Pullman Vung Tau, and I must say I'm somewhat disappointed. The facilities have deteriorated without any renovation or upgrades. In the bathroom, fixtures are broken and left unrepaired, with exposed wiring visible. The air conditioning unit is incredibly loud (only stops when set below 25°C and fan at level 3, which is puzzling). The room carries a heavy smoke odor, which I had to report to reception for remediation. Additionally, there's a musty smell near the bedside table. I hope the hotel management reconsiders its operations. I stayed in room 402 from April 28th to 30th, 2024. Thanks.

Cleaning of the bathroom is pretty bad, women’s hairs from the last stays I believe in the shower. I don’t really know why you locked the minibar, for the highest room rate in the city for sure you don’t expect this. And how about the shaving kit ? In international chain hotel we don’t provide the basic amenities such as shaving kit anymore ?) 😂 Dear Room Division Manager - saving cost is one thing but if you keep the room cleaning on this level and with this bathroom amenities you won’t be having any guests in future. Respectfully
