Mình muốn chia sẻ một chút trải nghiệm không được như kỳ vọng trong chuyến đi 2 ngày 2 đêm vừa qua, và rất tiếc là mình sẽ không có ý định book lần 2 tại homestay này.
1. Về thái độ khi mình muốn check-in sớm:
Vấn đề không nằm ở phụ phí mà nằm ở thái độ, vì mình hiểu check-in sớm có thể cần trả thêm. Tuy nhiên, điều mình không hài lòng là cách chủ homestay trao đổi khá khó chịu và thiếu thân thiện khi mình gọi điện hỏi. Mình nghĩ thái độ phục vụ cũng quan trọng không kém chất lượng phòng, và điều đó đã ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến cảm nhận ban đầu của mình.
2. Trang thiết bị không được vệ sinh tốt:
❌Tủ lạnh cũ và có mùi: Gây cảm giác mất vệ sinh, mình thật sự không dám để đồ ăn vào. Có thể do không được lau chùi thường xuyên hoặc không khử mùi sau mỗi lượt khách.
❌Máy giặt bám bụi bẩn, không sạch sẽ: Nhìn vào là không dám giặt đồ.
3. Yêu cầu khách tự dọn rác trước khi trả phòng:
Cá nhân mình thấy điều này không hợp lý. Khách thuê phòng là để nghỉ ngơi, chứ không phải để "dọn nhà". Nếu homestay đã thu phí tương đương khách sạn thì dịch vụ dọn phòng nên được bao gồm. Việc yêu cầu khách tự gom và đổ rác khiến trải nghiệm kết thúc không được trọn vẹn và có phần thiếu chuyên nghiệp.
