The food, service, hygiene and location were all very good .. located in the centre of city... Connecting almost all temples within 1-2 kms... Had a peaceful family stay here

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and hotel provided power backup. AC was completely operations even on power cuts. The restaurant was also good. We had our dinner and breakfast there and it was very tasty.

location wise this property is very well located as it is near by all major temples, food is average , wifi is working , geyser is also working , but the main problem is of cleanliness and linen. They don't change the bedsheets if you have more than one day stay, also in restaurant the cloth on dining table is stained and it looks quite bad when I asked them to change it they didn't do it and told me change the table when i told them that all tables have stained cloth they didn't have any answer and neither they bothered to change it. staff don't respond in night after 11 pm, they don't pick up phone.

The rooms are smaller but clean, and the location is excellent. Amenities are average.
Staffs are cooperative. All together, they are costlier compared to the value.

Good rooms and clean bathroom staff was also helpful and parking was also good but the Restaurant food was bad and it feels like the food was kept in freezer for weeks

Excellent experience, room was clean and well maintained, staff was super helpful and quick to respond to any query, and food was awesome. Location is very good and e rickshaw available from gate for all major spots. Parking space is good.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basera Brij Bhoomi, which i found through MakeMy Trip. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and professional. My room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a large window. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to key attractions and easy to navigate. Overall, the excellent service and amenities made for a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.
