Avg experience. While hotel staff is trained to quote about Mini Bar and charges, it’s kept empty for some reasons. An example of two teams not talking to each other.

We were here for a quick overnight stay. Must say the hotel did the job- it is located more or less conveniently giving some space away from the hustle and bustle of Vrindavan but still close enough to be convenient. Would stay here again. In our limited interaction with the staff, they were also super friendly and helpful.

Had a very comfortable stay with a perfect view to my vacation.I was travelling with my elderly mother and was worried about location and comfort.But visited gokul Govardhan vrindavan barsana and mathura covered all temples in a timely manner. View from my room was super relaxing which added to the experience

Nidhivan sarovar portico hotel is a very good or hotel rooms are very awesome and very clean or wathroom is a very clean i likes all emnities and all Housekeeping staff very good and friendly or coridoor ac and fan not workig and coridoor not cooling member or senior supervisor mr Hemveer carefully person or GSA puspendra mohit praveen very brave and very good boy

Specially narendra very good service have done excellent housekeeping for me and have made my stay memorable. I will be returning to the hotel on my every visit. Thanks to them. The room was cleaned properly and thoroughly. I stayed in all housekeeping services very good........

Stayed in the hotel for three days with mixed experience. The rooms are good and adequately newly furnished to have everything for a short stay. Location is near all major attractions but you to depend on e rickshaw,which overcharge you, especially the ones outside hotel gate. The breakfast had nice spread of different varieties of food and preperation especially puri bhaji and south indian was very good. The staff in dinning room was well behaved and ready to assist the guests. The electricity was a problem on first day with multiple outages. on enquiry the reception said it is a local problem in whole of Vrindavan. The hotel needs to improve toilet cleaning . The WiFi is not reliable. Otherwise overall a good experience and recommended for stay.
