Rooms stink when Ac is switched on.
House keeping is bad, staff is not trained well to the level of a 4 star hotel .its ridiculous to see the Exit gate of the property gets operational only after 11am , unmindful of the chaos & inconvenience faced by the guest & the hotel staff is immune to the complains. (still can’t believe the reason… the security person at exit gate comes on duty from 11am )
It looks the management is neither experienced nor professional to run a 4 star property. Needs a lot of improvements to meet the basic standards.

Absolutely great hotel for Vrindavan. Clean, well constructed and tasty safe food. I don’t think you could do better. The surrounding area is rough, loud, smells bad and is dirty by Western standards but it is in the heart of Holy places and the staff are wonderful. The hotel offers pleasant respite from the frenetic experience outside. Next time in Vrindavan I will stay here again as we truly enjoyed our stay at Raddison Vrindavan.

I loved my stay here! The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is wonderful! I would like to highlight the staff at the breakfast, Mukesh, the chefs, who do an outstanding job in ensuring the comfort of the guests! I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located at a very good location and the stay is very comfortable.Rooms are clean and spacious.Staff is welcoming and helpful.Parking is huge and all the main mandirs i.e Shri Banke Bihari Mandir, Prem Mandir & Iskon Mandir is nearby.Special thanks to Mr. Nehal Gautam who helped me allot during my stay.He is a gem person and very very helpful.I will definitely recommend and will come back to this hotel.
