I had an absolutely wonderful holiday at the St. Regis Maldives. The entire trip was fantastic! Due to some issues with the hotel facilities, we couldn't check in on the first night for safety reasons, but the hotel kindly arranged for us to stay at the newly opened JW Marriott Maldives for one night. This turned out to be a great opportunity to experience both resorts. The next day, we took a seaplane to the island, and the hotel manager, Nagi, sincerely apologized for the inconvenience of our first night's stay. He was very thoughtful and arranged a Blue Hole experience and a spa session for us, allowing us to unwind after the transition. The facilities at the St. Regis were exceptional. Our butler, Meera, took wonderful care of us throughout our stay, helping to organize activities like snorkeling and fishing. Everything exceeded our expectations! The beach barbecue was fantastic, featuring fresh ingredients, live music, and the soothing sounds of the ocean. We enjoyed a perfect evening under the stars. The staff at the Alba restaurant were incredibly warm and attentive, asking us about our taste preferences. The food was outstanding, and the F&B director, who speaks Chinese, was very friendly and shared stories about life in the Maldives, having been here for over 20 years. Overall, this was an unforgettable holiday. A heartfelt thanks to Nagi, Meera, and the entire team at the hotel!
