Three of us arrived on three motorcycles. The owner was a biker and advised us to park next to his bike on the area outside the restaurant. The owner had just taken over the hotel and his inexperience showed a bit. The ETIK loyalty system was not working, but I gave my details and the points were added later👍. Staff were busy, but friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurant was good and tasty. Room was facing the high street but was very quiet. All told a pleasant stay.

Value for money, we did not pay a lot so did not expect a lot but were pleasantly suprised. Standard room, no fuss, bit dated, but despite being in center of town quiet. We do not mind coming back. Parking a bit of a challenge though so keep that in mind, old town, small streets.

Nous sommes venus découvrir le restaurant ´hôtel du commerce de Volvic’ avec quelques amis. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, un service rapide et efficace, de supers conseils, mais surtout, nous avons vécu une expérience culinaire excellente. Cet établissement aura vite fait de devenir une institution sur Volvic. Je recommande à chacun de venir profiter de ce restaurant qui présente un rapport qualité prix très appréciable. Les gérants ont réalisé une rénovation de la salle et de l’hôtel avec efficacité et beaucoup de goût. Venez vite découvrir.

Bonjour hôtel propre mais vieillot. La chambre familiale est un peu petite. Une modernisation des chambres semblent necessaires. Les proprietaires sont charlants. Mais pas d'accueil à notre arrivée. Les clefs étaient sur le comptoir avec notre nom. En revanche le restaurant n'est pas mal mais le prix du menu un peu ékevé compte tenu de la qualité du fois gras. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Les enfants ont eu du mal à s'endormir. Moyen

À 15 minutes à pied de la grotte des lumières de Volvic, ne pas hésiter à poursuivre vers la place de l’église de Volvic pour découvrir un restaurant qui sert des plats très bons avec un serveur très sympathique qui est également le patron. On sent que le cuisinier aime faire à manger !
