The old train station is an absolute dream to stay. It was clean and a beautiful backjard .My family and me was there for 7 days. It only 30 min. Car drive from the ski place willingen away. My children cried when the vacation is over they want me to buy a train station now.

lovely quiet house
Here you really are in a quiet area, just outside the village centre. Being in an old train station gives an extra cachet to the whole place.
Occasional trains pass by, but this does not bother at all and is not at all disturbing.
Everything is present in the house - oven, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups,...
The beds are very comfortable. Toilet and bathroom have been modernised.
A cosy sitting area with a large sofa makes for relaxing reading.
Contact with the landlord was optimal.
In short: a wonderful experience.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man für eine Fewo benötigt. Selbst der vorbeifahrende Zug stört hier nicht. Wenn der alte Bahnhof einmal komplett fertig restauriert ist, wird ein absolutes Highlight. Uns hat es gut gefallen und für uns hat es gepasst, Preis/Leistung Daumen hoch!

Im Edersee war sehr wenig Wasser, zu wenig für Wassersport.Um so reizvoller war die Flußlandschaft mit blühender Natur und strömendem Wasser, und jeder Menge Fisch.

Das alte Bahnhofsgebäude wird vom Vermieter aufwendig renoviert. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Allerdings ist das gesamte Gebäude und der umliegende Garten eine Baustelle. Es steht seit 4 Jahren (Aussage des Vermieters) ein Baugerüst für Dacharbeiten und es lagern Baumaterialien. Darauf wird in derBeschreibung nicht hingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist im wesentlichen sauber. Im Küchenbereich teilweise nicht, Oberflächen von Geräten sind klebrig. Fernsehempfang war nicht möglich wegen verschatteter Antenne durch die Baustelle.

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Der alte Bahnhof ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Noch ist das Gebäude nicht fertig renoviert, aber die Wohnung war toll.Nicht zu Übertreffen ist die Lage an Edersee und Kellerwald!

Urlaub am Fahrkartenschalter
Urige Unterkunft im alten Bahnhof. Mobiliar liebevoll zusammengestellt, mega-bequemes altes Riesensofa.Die Zimmer und das Bad (ebenerdige Dusche!) neu, sauber und gemütlich. Der Fahrkartenschalter zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist grandios. In der Küche fehlt nichts. Die vorbeifahrende Bahn ist fast nicht wahrnehmbar, stört überhaupt nicht.Vor dem Eingang stand ein Kran, da zur Zeit das Dach erneuert/ausgebaut wird. Aber netterweise gab es in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts keinerlei Bautätigkeiten.Kurz gesagt: Alles perfekt!!

Sehr schöner und spontaner Urlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und erholt. "Wild, urig, originell, ruhig, schön" trifft's und passte zu uns und unseren Urlaubswünschen.
Aufgrund unserer Urlaubsinteressen, der Objektbeschreibung und Gastrezensionen hatten wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Leider erhielten wir den Kontakt zum Gastgeber erst, nachdem wir uns auf der Plattform Fewo-direkt personalisierten, anmeldeten und unsere Daten preisgegeben hatten. Nicht schön. Darum Punktabzug beim Check-in-Vorgang. Ab dem Erstkontakt mit unseren Gastgebern lief alles bestens! Sehr nette und herzliche Vermieter, die sich nach unseren Wünschen erkundigten. Es blieb keiner unserer Wünsche offen.
Momentan fährt statt des Zuges ein Schienenersatzverkehr und die Ferienwohnung ist noch ruhiger als bisher beschrieben. Bäckerei Raabe & Cafe Ederblick sowie Fleischerei Langendorf Janina Kowalczyk in Herzhausen können wir empfehlen, ebenso den GastRaum im Nationalparkzentrum. Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung und besonders die Küche sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wer wandern möchte, findet einige Flyer mit schönen Wanderrouten vor. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
