酒店挺不錯的，位置背靠大海，出門後面就是大海，老闆和老闆娘都是國人挺熱情的，有什麼問題都可以諮詢！個人自由行第一次來非常推薦。不用擔心不懂俄語這些。

首先旅館不是介紹上説的離海參崴火車站和列寧廣場近，大約有不到3公里的距離，自由行去市區必須打車才可以，此外這個賓館基本上是國人旅行團訂的，周邊相對荒涼，但是臨火車線，噪音很大，房間逼仄，沒有空調，衞生堪憂，帶娃不方便換住宿，連住6天沒有一天換過床品和打掃衞生，沒有任何洗漱用品，衹有兩塊發黃的大毛巾，收費倒是驚人，朋友一家因大毛巾太臟不敢用墊浴池旁擦腳（沒有穿鞋上去踩，因為地面衞生沒有做乾淨導致接觸地面部分有污漬，不是很嚴重，可以洗掉），枕巾不知道啥時候弄上一塊瓶蓋大小的淺黃色污漬（像油漬），沒有洗滌用品清水洗不掉（經常做家務認為84泡一下肯定可以掉），老闆要求賠200人民幣，還有丟失房卡要求賠500人民幣，老闆一直強調旅行團導遊都會給講，我們自由行來的沒人給講過，最後商量一塊兒賠200人民幣，請要大家一定注意再注意，老闆是中國同胞，讓給好評，朋友已經為自己的錯誤買單了，所以我決定實話實説，給大家做參考，起碼同胞不要坑同胞吧，最後説一下，確實價格比市裡的便宜，但是整體性價比很低

В кратце здесь не получится, могу сказать одно не рассчитываете на чистоту, потому как не убираются от слова совсем, пока не скажешь и то... Номер снимали за 5 200 сутки😖за эту цену нет ни фена, ни нормальной чистой воды (она жёлтая), нет кондиционера, нет холодильника, нет плечиков куда повесить вещи. Выпросили для себя вентилятор, чтобы не умереть от жары. Вещи постирать +300р одна стирка итого 5800, потому что стирали и светлые и тёмные вещи. Далее сушить из было негде, так как вообще не предусмотрено проживанием, что кто-то будет чистым. Заправляет всем китаец и поэтому туристами считаются, только китайцы для них есть колонка "питание включено", а мы не туристы. Воды обыкновенной попить нет, ответ "покупайте сами". Номера все стандартные, а ценник конский ни за что. Ах да, отель находится рядом с жд. дорогой, готовьтесь к дневному и ночному постоянному шуму, поезда ездят очень часто и выехать от туда из-за этого не так то просто потому что постоянно ездят поезда, соответственно жд. переезд постоянно закрыт, дорога в один конец ❌ Так как у нас был ранний выезд в 7 часов, хотя проплачено за сутки, попросила вернуть разницу изначально при заселении, но он очень хитрый перенёс на последний день, а в последний день сказал :"что нужно съехать до 6 вечера и только тогда, но вернется не 50% суммы, он снимает ещё комиссию от моей суммы 20%(с рынка переехал открыл" отель ") НЕ ВЕДИТЕСЬ НА СЛОВО6 ОТЕЛЬ, ЭТО КИТАЙСКАЯ ОБЩАГА!!!! Прикрываются" мы только открылись "хотя это неправда, абсолютно необаснованные цены, отсутствие хоть какого либо сервиса! Не рекомендую, далеко от центра к тому же. Повторюсь очень хитрый директор, обходите этот "отель" стороной, все пытаются минимизировать "сейчас, что-нибудь придумаем, придёт хозяин он, как скажет", забудьте об отдыхе!

距火車站3.4公里，估計都係專門接待中國團的酒店，3人房，有廁所，好基本，地方狹窄，連打開行李的地方都沒有，只可能在窗台上將就一下。沒有椅子，沒有空調，一間只有三張床似的房間！沖涼房都好狹窄，沒有地方放洗漱用品，衛生情況不理想。附近都是民居，車輛出入多，設有圍板，不能行近海邊，道路情況也不理想，酒店外可活動嘅範圍十分細，經常有大旅遊巴停在外面，這樣會騷擾民居，以致附近居民對住客產生不滿。服務人員欠缺笑容，餐飲也實在欠佳！

什麼東西都沒有，電視也是壞的，問有沒有賣沐浴露的，前台衹説沒有賣，但是不會提醒你圍牆隔壁十米就是超市，去房間的時候都還沒收拾，我們怕她不會換床單還做了個記號，回來後發現真的就是沒有換，衹不過把床單拉平了而已，太噁心了。早餐也是一絕，衹有兩粒米的粥水，配滿滿一桌的涼菜，根本下不了嘴，晚餐一桌菜衹有一盤肉，米飯我們親眼看着是從別人吃完的桌子上回收的🤮，反正衹能説中國人就騙中國人吧哈哈哈
