Пожалуй отель совсем не подходит для отдыха . Серые стены с отбитыми краями , качество ремонта ужас . Холодный пол. Совсем не подходит, для детей до 7 лет. Кроватка платная для младенцев . Болото под окнами. Воняет канализация в номере. Персонал совершенно не клиентоарентирован, отвечают как роботы. 4 х местный номер не безопасен для детей ! Не заправляют постели , за 9000 в сутки пожалуйста заправьте сами себе пододеяльник ! Маленький туалет с душем! Ресторан разочаровал тоже , принесли недоваренный пельмени 7 штук ( . Салат со ставридкой гадость. Завтрак на 3 . Постель на 4 . Остальное только как декорация к фотографиям !

За что 6+ тысяч за номер не понятно. В номере паутина, нет чайников, нет звукоизоляции, сыро очень и запах странный, слышно все что делают соседи. Территория вокруг похожа на свалку. Завтраки не очень, с кучей народу. Ресторан при отеле отвратительный. Комары везде, сеточки не помогают, все жалюзи в следах убитых насекомых и в каких то пятнах. Спа зона рассчитана человек на 5-6, но никак на полную загрузку отел. Друзья - не советую, типичный российский отель, хотели сделать как в Европе, а получилось как всегда.

Место, где можно перезагрузиться! Давно ждала, когда освободится видовой номер и вот мне посчастливилось провести там два незабываемых дня🥰! Никакого телевизора не нужно, когда есть такое окно - встречать закаты и рассветы - настоящий кайф! Отель новый, уютный, тихий! Бассейн с панорамным видом на барханы теплый, и чистый. Завтраки в отеле обильные! Персонал приветливый. Спасибо за незабываемый отдых! Обязательно к Вам вернёмся!

очень хороший отель. приезжаю всей семьей сюда не в первый раз и всегда все супер! очень красивые номера и сам отель. все в современном стиле, в ванных нет «бабушкиных» шторок, все работает исправно. ресторан тоже хороший. вкусные завтраки, детям есть, что покушать. всем рекомендую этот отель!!

Не пожалели провести выходные на майских праздниках в отеле "Песок и Море" Персонал вежливый, номера чистые, SPA шикарное, вид завораживающий!!!!!!! Очень порадовал ресторан а особенно еда 5+ Хотелось бы сказать что это одно из лучших в п.Витязево !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Бассейн холодный , администратор грубиянка , в кафе официанты обнаглели , и вуаля ) на завтраки нельзя в халатах и вообще ходить по отелю в халатах запрещено 🚫 дебилизм чистой воды, 7500 тысяч рублей в мусорку просто , люди не виделась на красивый вид , они даже окна с бассейна не моют (( поэтому моря и не видно по сути

Слив в душевой - можно повредить ногу. Вонь канализацией в ванной комнате, микро ванная комната с дешёвой шторкой(как у бабушки дома), гул от холодильника из-за которого невозможно уснуть. Пришли с бассейна- горячей воды нет. Пока разбирались с администратором, успела замерзнуть… никому не рекомендую этот отель
