Breakfast many choices not bad

Check-in took a long time, room had a strange smell, pillow with pillowcase that looked like it hadn't had time to dry.

The room is very small, the facilities are old, simple and damp, which is obviously different from other ibis. There are many small bugs in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, I missed my flight and didn't arrive in Vitória, and at no time was I able to speak to the hotel to transfer my reservation, I tried to connect and nothing. Poor communication with the hotel

The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly. The garage is very tight, and sometimes there is almost no space to put the car, since I didn't arrive late from the mall. 1 room was reserved with 2 beds (1 double and 1 single), but they put one bed covered and one not, one with a pillow and the other not. The room is quite cramped, but for the price paid in Vitória, it's fine.

Good hotel for a quick stay alone or with friends. Very small accommodation for families.
