From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and immediately shown to my room, which was even nicer than the photos. She took the time to show me all the amenities from the pool to how to turn on the lights and the heating, and then gave me a map of the area and Just every detail that I could possibly think of. The location was perfect right in the center of town near everything I highly recommend this lovely cozy place, especially since it’s a sole proprietorship and not a big franchise hotel.

Beautiful family apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, spacious, comfortable with all the modern amenities. Beautiful heated pool. Perfect central location. Late arrivals call the number on the reservation. City parking needs payment after 8 am. Surrounded by historic places. Breakfast and coffee at nearby places (not included in reservation).

Our stay at Be My Guest Viseu was amazing. Felt like a fairytale. Twin beds which made my son happy he didn’t have to share a bed with mom. It was very helpful to have a kitchenette so that we can have breakfasts and some meals without spending a lot of money. Staff were very helpfully especially since we checked in on the day of the Apagão.

A GEM in a beautiful city! This place is so well maintained and unique in its design. We had the most wonderful stay. Very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were fabulous and always avail be to help. They have a nice pool area. Very close to cafes and shopping and the walk around the historical area was so interesting. Pretty park to explore. We will be back and hope to do a much longer stay!

Just the loveliest hotel that is maintained so well. The staff were all so friendly. A beautiful pool. There’s a pay laundry facility right beside it. So many stores and cafes nearby with the most delicious food and coffees.

We spent three days in Viseu, visiting a friend, and the stay at BemyGuest was very pleasant, with a very good attention. The apartment was even bigger than we expected. In case we go back to the city, it will be our first-choice for accommodation.

A wonderful base for Viseu city and countryside
Very comfortable, the reception staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. It felt like home from home with lush details such as a good shower/ comfy bed and the kitchen area. We only used the microwave but it was very possible to cook meals if we wanted
