The Hotel reached the expectations it had, as I already knew the development and maintain the quality of service and facilities.
Regarding the price, the value presented by Trip was extremely competitive in relation to the other agencies for the same service conditions, and even in relation to the price that would be charged by the Hotel itself in a direct booking (which I cannot understand...).
The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and quantity.
The service was excellent, with all employees in service at the hotel in these 2 days of friendliness and efficiency far above average.
However, I was a little disappointed that the Trip agency had not yet sent me an Invoice for the amount paid. The only certainty that I have that the payment was made, was given to me by the Hotel receptionist who told me that the rooms were paid for, but that he could not issue me an Invoice as the payment had been made to the Agency - which is natural !). In this situation, the lack of an Invoice was very unpleasant because I booked and paid for 3 rooms (for us and 2 other couples friends) and until now I don't have any proof of payment to "do the math" with them.

Bem localizado, nos arredores do centro da cidade de Viseu. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados desde o início da nossa estadia pelas equipas de receção e de pequeno-almoço. Alojamo-nos com a nossa cadelinha e providenciaram comodidades como cama, manta, comedores e um brinquedo o que mostra excelente atenção ao detalhe. Um bem haja e toda a equipa e até uma próxima vez! Café da manhã muito bom! Local muito tranquilo onde se situa! Hotel extremamente interessante para quem está de carro-pipa é um pouco afastado do centrinho de Viseu!

Já me hospedei neste hotel algumas vezes! Local bem sossegado! Instalações confortáveis e extremamente limpas! Atendimento no front desk eficiente e simpático! Em especial a Salete sempre muito solicita! Área externa do hotel muito agradável! Café da manhã muito bom e em ambiente agradável!

Très grand hôtel resort un peu à l'écart, tout le confort
Très bien. Petit déjeuner un peu quelconque. La vue donnait sur le parking plutôt que sur le jardin, dommage. Très grand hôtel resort un peu à l'extérieur de Viseu, avec tout le confort.
