To know that I paid €77 a night for this makes my heart ache and my stomach turn, this is by a long way the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I've paid €30 a night in Hostels and had better accommodation, I have only stayed there my first of four nights, that was last night and I'm literally scared of going back there. There is a high probability that I will catch some bed bug of some sort, approaching the Hotel is life threatening, the receptionist even asked me to go and take my car out of the free car park which is at the back of the Hotel because it's NOT A GOOD IDEA......I will now write a complaint e-mail to the reception and the Hotel Group to see what can be done, never been this disappointed.

Quartier à fuir où l’insécurité est omniprésente jusque que dans l’hôtel ce qui a rendu le séjour anxiogène. État pitoyable de la moquette tachée des couloirs jusqu’au chambre et qui laisse à douter de la propreté globale . En revanche literie très confortable et personnel d’accueil très agréable serviable et à l’écoute.

Hotel laissant à désirer, à la limite de l'insalubre, des murs extrêmement abîmés, moquette dans les couloirs particulièrement sale, à peine mieux dans la chambre, des poils et cheveux dans la salle de bains... Bref, nous avons vérifié le lit avant de se coucher et ne sommes restés que parce qu'il était tard.

Que dire ? C'est un hôtel qui n'a rien à faire sous le nom de la franchise Kyriad, c'est une honte !!! Nous avions réservé une chambre pour une nuit, l'accueil c'est bien passé mais après : couloir dégoûtant souillé et taché de partout,la chambre pas nette et en plus la moitié de l'électricité hors service, nous demandons à changer de chambre et même chose, nous avons donc signalé à la personne de l' accueil que nous ne restions pas et demandé à être remboursé, réponse non ni pour la chambre ni pour les petits déjeuners, je tiens à signaler aussi qu'il n'y a aucun parking, vraiment à fuir
