We arrived as a family on June 14, 2022, but late in the evening because of a long 8-hour drive.
The hotel is located in a not very welcoming place, no real parking, because everything is dark inside, no light, not great when you are with family.
Then room which smells musty, the next day it's the worst it was the cold shower because their cumulus jumped so no hot water knowing that the day before the little one was tired so we wanted them to shower in the morning we got it do but with iced water not great for the children.
I negotiated breakfast as compensation, the reception immediately said yes and with a smile, so on this point there is nothing to say.
To conclude, avoid with family, suitable to help out if you are alone or possibly as a couple, but please no children there.
I don't normally write reviews but here I have to so other families don't experience the same journey that we experienced, fortunately it was only one night because we hit the road the next day

Que dire ? C'est un hôtel qui n'a rien à faire sous le nom de la franchise Kyriad, c'est une honte !!! Nous avions réservé une chambre pour une nuit, l'accueil c'est bien passé mais après : couloir dégoûtant souillé et taché de partout,la chambre pas nette et en plus la moitié de l'électricité hors service, nous demandons à changer de chambre et même chose, nous avons donc signalé à la personne de l' accueil que nous ne restions pas et demandé à être remboursé, réponse non ni pour la chambre ni pour les petits déjeuners, je tiens à signaler aussi qu'il n'y a aucun parking, vraiment à fuir

La salle de bain était grande, mais malheureusement il y avait un toilette suspendu qui va bientôt tombé, donc la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Dans l'évier , je ne pouvais pas soulever le capuchon universel.
Il manque une barre de douche pour sortir car on risque de glisser. Il serait agréable de changer la moquette dans les couloirs, et il manque des patères dans les chambres.
