I have travelled the world for many years, staying in hotels from 2 to 5 stars, and I have never experienced anything like this. After checking out at 11:30, we asked if we could have lunch or at least a coffee at the hotel, as our taxi was at 14:00. The receptionist said everything was closed and even refused to let us sit in the breakfast room, practically expelling us. Later we returned at 12:30 and found other guests calmly having breakfast while she was serving them. This lack of professionalism ruined our stay. Shame on her.

That there were restaurants onsite. The only things we didn’t like was that the extractor fan wasn’t working in our bathroom and there was a stale smell in the corridor as we walked to our room

Calme et très bien situé au bord du lac; Un service attentionné comme on est en droit de l'attendre. La chambre juste un peu petite mais on y dort très bien et c'est l'essentiel. Au restaurant, nous avons mangé portugais: un régal pour un prix tout à fait correct.

Malgré la gentillesse du personnel, la prestation est plus que décevante et ne réservez surtout pas une soirée étape, le restaurant et le menu inclus sont à fuir... Quand au WIFI, pas de réception dans la chambre, une chance que ma 5G fonctionnait.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, terrasse face a un lac, petit déjeuné et dîner satisfaisants, personnel accueillant, chambre spacieuse, bonne insonorisation, clim, baignoire, lit confortable. Je n'avais pas de télé. Un code est requis au moment de lancer la recherche automatique de chaîne. L'accueil n'avait pas ce code.. La lumière s'éteint sur vous quand vous passez plus de 5 min dans la douche.. (Pas pratique quand vous faites la grosse commission ou dans le bain les yeux pleins de savon)
