Rooms were clean and welcoming. BUT food in restaurant was unedible, they had loud horrible music on, the food served had nothing to do with the actual served food! It was obviously pre packed food badly cooked dry chicken drowning in bad quality oil, French fries were from frozen packaged fried with bad quality oil. When presenting a complain to the administrator her behavior was rude, patronizing and without aknowledging our perspective she disappeared without apologizing for the bad service.

Poseiamos una reserva de 5 apartamentos de 4 pax, para un total de 19 personas. Nos modifican la reserva(la cual era sin modificacion ni reembolso) y nos dejan a 19 personas en la calle. El dia antes de la entrada no nos comunican nada al llamar para informar la hora de llegada. Vergonzoso nos destrozan un viaje familiar 5menores en la calle y 15 adultos. Estais demandados . No se puede hacer esto, no se puede jugar con las personas ni sus vacaciones.

Y una estrella xq no se puede poner menos... Contratas una cosa y te dan otra completamente inferior. Hasta que no te ven con ganas de montarla no te intentan compensar con un par de desayunos que ni siquiera son buffet. Suciedad mires por donde mires. Bichos indeseables también... Si le ponen unas luces rojas pensarías que es otra cosa la verdad... Lo ves desde la carretera y parece una pensión del horror. Encima un responsable mentiroso que hasta que no se ve entre la espada y la pared no hace lo que debería hacer desde el primer momento. Normal que hasta salieran en la tele en su día por problemas que tuvieron unos viajeros del IMSERSO en este establecimiento.

Point positif : accueil et personnel et a lecoute
Bar ouvert avec de belles amplitudes et sont tres gentils
Point negatif : le menage na pas ete fait chaque jour
Manque la clim dans la suite obliger de laisser les portes ouvertes pour avoir un peu de frais
Pour moi manque egalement un petit frigidaire dans la chambre
Et dernier detail il faut la voiture pour aller a la mer
Celle ci est a environ 4/5kms de lhotel

No tenian disponibilidad de habitacion cuadruple, nos dieron 2 dobles separadas, llevando una persona mayor y un menor.
Limpieza escasa, ni pasar a limpiar la habitacion, solicitar 3 veces toallas limpias.
Mala organizacion, falta de mantenimiento
Nada recomendable

Estuve alojada junto con mis 2 hijos del día 8 al 11 de Julio , nada más llegar el trato y la disposición del personal fue excelente, primer día disfrutamos de las instalaciones del hotel quiero resaltar que mis hijos tienen 10 y 15 años y se propusieron dar uso de todo, y el hotel en todo momento le facilitó tanto raquetas de pádel,como pelota de fútbol y por supuesto los mandos de la Play 5 y el acceso a la zona gaming de la que disfrutaron a sus anchas, con la suerte que mientras yo pude disfrutar de la terraza ,la piscina y el chiringuito con todas las comodidades. También quiere resaltar la implicación absoluta en cualquier departamento por parte del director, Jan, y la cercanía con todos los clientes para cualquier necesidad. Siempre se pueden ver cositas que mejorar pero hay que recordar que es un hotel de tres estrellas y yo prefiero convertir todo en experiencias positivas.
