En general buena atención , en especial de las personas de recepción . Falta mayor preocupación del mantenimiento del hotel, las sillas y algunos artefactos como tapa del baño, descuidadas. Siendo un hotel con alta demanda y buena ubicación, debería ser un elemento a considerar para mejorar.

creo conocer suficientes hoteles,resorts y demases.Aqui encontre una muy buena habitacion en piso 7,con buena vista,rica terraza,y completo y rico desayuno.Y que decir de la recepcion con un atento y servicial Alex Gonzalez que destaco por no ser habitual en muchos lugares en que hemos alojados. Para mis amigos y conocidos,que saben que no recomiendo en todos lados y por adulaciones baratas, solo les digo que no es necesario gastar mas para llegar a un lugar muy bien ubicado bien atendido y al que espero regresar. Leyendo opiniones bastante antiguas,parece que estuvieron en otro lugar y NO representan el sentir de este viajero y su familia No se dejen influir por esos erroneos comentarios.

Hospedense en el segundo piso que es el único del hotel que tiene wifi. No funcionaba bien el agua de la ducha. En el televisor solo funcionaban 3 canales. No tiene wifi, hay que bajar al 2do piso para obtener señal de wifi. El desayuno está bien y el personal es muy amable pero deberían modernizar la decoración y él mantenimiento en general de todo el hotel.

El desayuno muy bien pero no nos hicieron el servicio al cuarto el cual cobran y dónde al conserje pareció no importarle,. Solo wifi en el 2do piso que es donde está el comedor. Muy ruidoso y bastante antiguos varias cosas, la cama no fue cómoda

Me gustó bastante la atención en recepción, igual que en el desayuno. Mi habitación con una hermosa vista al mar, además me dieron la posibilidad de hacer el check out más tarde, aunque con un costo, eso me gustó bastante. Mis hijos quedaron felices.
