White Lotus Residency

This is a room in an apartment complex, very near to serenity beach and ecr. We booked two rooms and made full payment more than 2 weeks back, but were informed on arrival that the rooms are not available. After some discussion, the owner agreed to provide one room, and offerred full refund for the other room. The room was very basic. The bathroom was clean. There is an attached balcony opening into the terrace with a view of the sea. There was ample parking space available. Water had to be bought, and food had to be ordered from outside. The caretaker siva is a jolly and helpful guy but he understands only tamil. One of the 5* google reviews for this property was by the caretaker himself, which made me wonder how many of the other 5* reviews are from the owner's known circle. The room at this price is worth 3/5 rating, however, it is suitable only for people with minumum or no expectations. Also, there is no guarantee that you'll receive the room, even if you've made full payment before (others in google reviews have mentioned this as well.

A furnished house close to the beach. The washrooms are clean. Bed linin was clean. There were towels provided as well. Easily accessible to the main road to buy food
