A hotel near to airport, convenient for airport transfer. Nice to stay.

Air conditioner wasn’t working even when we asked them to repair it because they know that you are temporary visitor. They don’t even bother to fix the problem. I was staying with my boyfriend at room 40 and we had to open the window during the night to able to breathe and have some clean air because it was too hot inside the room not gonna lie the hotel was okay but the biggest issue it was air conditioner. By the way, they don’t even offer laundry service. But you can find one just before the hotel at the corner next to the kebab shop I think it was €4 for 8 kg washing machine or was it seven hmm 🤔 I don’t remember :) overall the room was clean. The cleaners always clean the room on time or when you are away don’t forget to buy a shampoo or body lotion because they are providing very small amount of liquid for bath. You can also travel to Metro number 14 it just like a 10 minute walking and you can go to central of Paris without having any problem. It was so simple for us to travel and come back.

I was not so happy with my trip at Pasifik Hotel. I ordered 2 separate beds but they were 1 double bed, hangers for clothes were not enough, there was no kettle in the room, white towels were in grey colors😟😧😧

it was just a place of confort pleaseant and lovily, i enjoy every moment and everything that was done from the services of hostility and experience with stays it was just awesom, i will choose it over and over again at anytime i want to come over

Hotel is very nice, clean, cozy and comfy, personnel is very kind with the customers, the internet is a bit slow but if you going for holidays is perfect. Breakfast is also good for a good price. The hotel also has parking which is a huge plus too.

Well run hôtel with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Best value. Moved out of Campanile hôtel at double the price and no parking to this hotel which was superior in all aspects. Stayed 4 nights 2 rooms March 2022. Wi-Fi little weak though

I was assaulted by a young, well-tattooed, marginal-looking English guy in this hotel. There was no one at reception, the receptionist was gone for a short while. In the lobby, I was verbally insulted, pushed, spat on, and made very unhealthy proposals. I was so shocked that I went back up to the room, burst into tears, took a sleeping pill to forget all that, and the next day I handed in my card and left without a word. Guys, often in groups, settled in the lounge and started to bother me. Never again in this hotel, even though the staff is nice, but the verbal and almost physical aggression and the unhealthy proposals, yuck, that's too me. First time in this hotel, I won't come back. If even within the hotel grounds a 25-year-old guy is bothered and assaulted, that's serious.

2nd time as a couple at this hotel, the 1st time it was great we were very well received by the very kind staff but this time we arrived on the night of 29/11, we were received by the night shift man, a small, rather mixed-race man (this is not at all a criticism, bald with a mark on his forehead, I think he will recognize himself), my god he was haughty, gratuitous meanness, he looked at us as if we were thieves even though we had a reservation and we were going to pay cash, you arrive exhausted from a trip that's how we receive you, given the age of this little gentleman I don't think he's old enough to spend nights in a hotel he's more like retirement age. Never again this hotel this little old man really spoiled our experience that we will not fail to note in the tourist guide that we are creating. We are disappointed he speaks to us as if he wants to go to bed, angry and impatient but it is his job to hold the reception at night I think, luckily we were tired and we left the grandpa to boil alone and not answer him. How he speaks to other customers and how rude he is to them we quickly understand the character. This job is rather reserved for young dynamic, fit and bilingual but not for this very elderly man who already at 11 p.m. was starting to show signs of fatigue.

My stay was pleasant, the staff is friendly and professional, the area is very quiet, thus promoting tranquility and good rest. The rooms, although lacking fridges, have good beds.

Clean and quiet hotel, the staff are really very nice, welcoming and helpful. The room offers everything you need for breakfast, a kettle with tea and coffee, towels available. The hotel is close to bus stops. Lidl supermarket and restaurants right next door.

Very outdated bathroom equipment, insufficient soundproofing, not great location, only the correct bedding and cleanliness are to be noted among the positive points. Not sure I'll return to this hotel...

Quiet environment, a real plus to highlight for the welcome and availability of the staff. Comfortable bedding, decent bathroom. A varied breakfast, a perfectly adequate package for accommodation following training.

Insufficient value for money, equipment is aging and poorly maintained, lighting in the room is inefficient and not very functional. Unpleasant smell in the hallway and bedroom. Poor breakfast. On the other hand, quiet area, no noise.
