"This is a very friendly staff. It is a bit opposite to the cliff village of Imale, but you can enjoy the atmosphere of a quieter and secluded village. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the hostel is also very clean and beautiful, especially in the pool, you can take a lot of nice photos. "

The room is large and very design. The terrace is very beautiful. The handsome guy at the front desk gave us a lot of travel advice. GGuest UserI truly don’t even know where to begin with Elizabeth… she is exceptional. Our stay at Theano Cave Suites was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as pictured online, but Elizabeth is what made our experience feel genuinely 5-star.
Before we even arrived in Santorini, she had everything arranged for us. A private driver was waiting at the port with our name, our room was ready early, and from the moment we arrived, we honestly didn’t have to think about a thing. She completely took everything off our plate.
Every morning she prepared the most incredible homemade breakfast, at whatever time we preferred, and would help us plan our day… where to go, what to see, transportation, reservations… everything. She somehow made everything feel effortless while still being incredibly personal and genuine.
My husband and I were completely blown away by her. We actually decided to stay an extra night in Santorini because of the experience she created for us.
The suite itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and everything you would hope for… but Elizabeth is what makes this place unforgettable. I can confidently say that if we return to Santorini, I would specifically return here just to have Elizabeth as our host again.
If you are looking for a carefree, luxurious and truly special experience in Santorini… book this place. And if you have Elizabeth taking care of you, consider yourself incredibly lucky. She is truly one of the best things this island has to offer. 🤍

みみみみこくThe hotel is right in front of the Blue Dome. The room entrance is on the balcony because it is on the cliff cliff. The balcony is connected to other rooms and it is better to lock it even when you are in the room for security. We recommend athletic shoes because you can't enter the room unless you go down the thin and slippery steep stairs. The place famous for the blue dome background is where you go out of your room to the balcony and go up the stairs 5 steps. People who want to take pictures are lined up.
It's nice to pass by the side of dozens of people lined up.
The price is high, but the satisfaction is sufficient. I saw the sunset and Asahi from the hot tub in my room.
I asked the hotel porter for transportation from the airport to the hotel and suitcases. I can't walk that road with a suitcase. It was 55 € one way.
Breakfast is very normal. Every morning you put it in a paper bag and bring it to you at the specified time. The room is equipped with tableware, so if you eat on the balcony, you will have to set your own table.
The person in charge will come to the room for check-in and check-out, whether it is the structure of the hotel.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。
環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。
服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。
個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。

GGuest UserThis property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in.
When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated.
We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

AAnonymous UserAt first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Vincent, the manager, had arranged for a staff member to meet us at the Post Office. From there, we walked the famous donkey path down to the hotel — and honestly, it was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Stunning views, donkeys along the way — it’s Santorini. If you expect a completely flat walk, you’re in the wrong place. And that’s not the hotel’s problem. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the stairs, calling it dirty or difficult. Having experienced it myself, I can tell you: it’s nothing. A little walk, a little effort — perfectly fine. If someone can’t manage that, they probably shouldn’t be visiting Santorini in the first place. And the hotel already arranged for staff to carry our luggage both ways — so the hard part was handled.
The hotel isn’t trying to be some fake luxury resort. It’s authentic, raw, and full of soul. The location is simply the MOST stunning spot in the area — unbeatable for photos and views.
We were incredibly fortunate to be given a room with an indoor hot tub. If you’re visiting Santorini in the winter or early spring, this is incredibly important — it’s cold and windy outside to stay long. I searched for a long time and realized there aren’t many places here with an indoor hot tub. The water was exceptionally clean which made all the difference. Deep, warm, and absolutely relaxing on those cooler March days. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed — toiletries, coffee machine, water, all provided.
Visiting Greece this time of year is actually fantastic. Streets are quiet, no crowds. The views are just as stunning, and you don’t have to deal with extreme heat. Of course, the weather is a bit of a gamble — sometimes it rains — but there are always moments of sunshine. And the best part? It’s not as expensive as in the summer. A place like this is an absolute steal.
Breakfast was generous, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared with Greet and American to choose from — a great start to each day.
If you’re looking for a place with real character, soul, and the most beautiful setting in Oia — this is it. The team was warm and attentive. Genuinely grateful for our stay. Thanks Old Castle Oia!
