"I booked a two-story loft, thinking it was a hotel villa, but it was actually a community apartment. There was no swimming pool outside, but that was my own fault. I didn't read the description clearly. The room was spacious and well-equipped. There were separate bathrooms on both floors, with a small kitchen. The experience was good and suitable for a family. The housekeeper was quite responsible, but a little slow in action, probably because there were too many rooms to manage, which was understandable. The overall experience was OK. There are Yalong Bay Forest Park and Wanlong Bay Night Market nearby, which are very convenient for eating and playing."

HHKHJA lovely villa in Sanya, conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Atlantis water park. The spacious layout included 4 rooms, a large living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, and an impressive entertainment room complete with a cozy sofa, TV, mahjong table, and pool table. The private pool was a fantastic addition for our 3 families - 3 couples shared 3 rooms, while the kids enjoyed their own.
The price was quite reasonable for such a villa in this prime location. However, we did encounter some maintenance issues, such as a broken drawer and some dirt marks in the shower room. The air conditioning in the living room struggled to keep up with the summer heat, which made it take a while to cool down. There was strong food smell in the living room as well, prompting us to spend more time in the cooler and more comfortable entertainment room. After all it isn’t a hotel, more like an Airbnb house in a residential estate.
This villa provided a great opportunity for a family holiday near the water park. We appreciated the butler service via WeChat, which catered to our needs throughout our stay.

GGuest UserWe live on the first floor of Building 8. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and suitable for living. Our whole family is very satisfied with this house. The soundproofing of each room is very good, and no one is affected. The only shortcoming is the poor hygiene. I cleaned the chair backs and sofa backs myself. However, the service is very good. Whatever you ask for, you get it. The response is timely. In general, it meets our needs. We just want to find a comfortable and quiet place to stay and recuperate. We don’t require shopping or playing. In short, if this house is in good hygiene, it can be called perfect for me.

- Large, beautiful & maimtained in its ideal state area. There're lots of bright birds in the hotel territory: you can watch them on the pond, grass or I front of gulf fields in the morning & it's quite relaxing. Same way there're lots of bright flowers, blossoming bushes & beautiful trees
- Lovely & helpful staff. Friendly ladies at reception desk, lovely housekeeping ladies, making everything clean & shining in a blink of an eye, nice baggy drivers, always ready to pick you up on the road, - thanks to everyone! Unfortunately almost no one talks English, but nobody suffers much as translating apps make it possible to solve any problem asap. Special thanks to Annie Li (hope, I remember the name right): she was very obliging & kind, serving our reservation & calling us a taxi to the railway station
- There's a large, fully equiped gym - a treadmill, a cable machine, a Smith's mashine, a stationary bicycle, a rowing machine & some other. Same way there're some sets of dumbells, some inclined benches, cardiosteppers, fitballs, abs rollers, yoga mats, etc. Any type of fitness activity is available. And the most amaizing part is that sports is not popular, so the gym is never overcrowded. Never saw there more than 4 persons
- There's a kids' centre near the pool & no kid will feel boring while letting the parents have some rest
- There's a spa centre. We didn't use it unfortunately, so can't say, how good it is, but for sure, it should be good as everything in this hotel
- As for the hotel location, it's located a bit outside the main road, that makes it quite peaceful, quiet & calm with not much car noise around. At the same time it takes only 12 minutes of walking to get to the beach or just 3,5 minutes on a baggy
- As for the room itself, it was spacious, light & comfortable & it was a real pleasure to have breakfasts at a balcony, watching lazy chipmunks moving from one tree to another, white herons, eating something in the grass or golfists choosing the right stick somewhere afar. Also there's an air dehydrator in the room
Cons:
- For us there was no disadvantages at all, but maybe for someone it's not comfortable to walk 20 minutes to the Yalong bay restaurant area. Can't imagine anything else.
Anyway, we really admire all the staff who maintain this large hotel in such an ideal state. We got much pleasure staying there

CChantel BiancaIt was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa.
The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine.
The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day.
I will definitely be back!

Each room has an independent air conditioner switch, which is also very friendly to the elderly. The indoor electrical facilities are complete, and daily necessities and water are replenished every day. Free parking in the yard. I especially want to mention the kitchen. At first glance, it is not just a decoration. Tableware, woks, steamers, etc., pots and pans are all available, even detergent and dishcloths are prepared in place. It is really attentive! The housekeeper service is thoughtful and meticulous, like an exclusive one. Sometimes we play far away, and the time of going out and coming back is not fixed. The housekeeper delivers meals, cleans and other services, always giving priority to our time. Send messages in advance to understand. It is really considerate and thoughtful service. There is nothing to say. Here, we feel the warmth of home, and we feel very safe and comfortable even if we stay for a long time. Next time I come to Sanya, I will definitely choose here!

Especially the lady who cleaned our room is a very nice person.
The restaurant and café-bar are both clean and delicious.
We loved the pizzas.

Especially the buffet dinner has a very rich menu.
The chef's cooking is also very tasty.
Spending time by the pool is very enjoyable.
However, when it gets too crowded, the pool loses some of its charm.
The only drawback we noticed is that the café-bar closes after 9 PM.
In such a place, it could at least stay open until midnight.

While the location was a bit far out (understandable given how big China is), it offered easy access to several popular attractions. The area felt very safe and secure—there was a security guard who verified us at all times, which added peace of mind, although it did mean a bit of a wait before we could enter the villa.
The service was excellent. 符业啟was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a few requests during our stay—fixing a light, adjusting the bed, cleaning the floor, and getting more water—and all were settled almost immediately.
The amenities were decent. The swimming pool was usable, and the rooms were large and spacious, though slightly worn in some areas.
Cleanliness was okay overall. The place was bug-free with no strange smells, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the floor was a bit sandy at first, but the cleaners came promptly to tidy it up.

Even if you bring the elderly and children, you can't sit in the car for too long, so I'm very satisfied. I came here in the off-season. The occupancy rate in the community is not high and it's quite quiet. It's also close to the beach. You can buy groceries and cook. The room is very big. The family has agreed. We stayed in a room without a swimming pool at first. Later we moved to a pool room. The butler has a good service attitude and takes care of anything needed in a timely manner. recommend!
