Although the Rebello was a SLH with high room rate, our stay experience was unfortunately far from luxury due to suboptimal service and odd facility design. Pros: Beautiful view of Douro River and Porto in front of the hotel (but you can get the same view for free by walking along the waterfront) Cons: 1. Unprofessional service from some team member. We asked for help from a lady at the reception desk on a flight issue, but got a cold shoulder. Thankfully another lady later was very patient and saved the day! 2. Odd design of the River view studio. The window of our room is about 4 ft up on the wall (very different from the hotel photos provided for the same room type) and therefore we cannot see the view unless climbing up or standing far away from the window. Also, there is less than 1 cm gap between the bathroom door and the sink when closing the door, and the floor gets all wet and slippery after shower due to the poor design

A hotel to relax, with a great and friendly service. Really enjoyed the time in the hotel, and the view to the Douro and Oporto is stunning.

Good view, clean room, full equipped kitchen, nice staff.

First of all, the interior is really amazing. And the view from the special seats. You can see the whole city of Porto. The rooftop is a must see.

The location is very good, you can see the scenery on the other side and watch the sunrise in the morning

The interior and the staff were all wonderful! It's probably on the opposite side of the main city, but if you're in the latter half of your trip, it's perfect for a relaxing hotel stay or a walk along the river! The rooms with a river view are the best! The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fruit and was the best! I'd like to use it again when I come to Porto! Thank you!

The two-bedroom suite is really huge. The room and bathroom are very spacious. There is a living room and kitchen. The interior decoration is very unique. The hotel can overlook the scenery on the other side of the river. The view of the restaurant on the roof is also good.
