Wrong room allotted as wrong information provided online, charged extra for executive double room but given deluxe room, very rude behaviour of staff. Should never visit, useless staff, useless rooms as lights in rooms also won't work.

Name residency stay is good & restaurant food good taste, & good service by staff. Hotel manager also cooperative. Overall am happy & will visit again for stay.

I have raised concern in make my trip. Till now no response. I have stopped using make my trip. They made me to sleep in mattress eventhogh i have paid for 3 beds. Hotel is already occupied with people, not sure why they have accepted our booking and made us to wait at the lobby around 40mins at midnight 12 and finally allocated room for 2 even though we have booked for 3adults +1kid

Place is good but small, for single occupancy it's perfect for double occupancy it seems small. All other facility is good except staff disturbing guests sleep at midnight to check if they have occupied the room, which is annoying.

Hotel in good location and clean. You will get big bang for your bucks. However, staff are rude. I extended my stay for another 3 days but management thought i over stayed and started banging my door and disturb my skeep. Also, for two days there were no towels for first 6 hours. If you checkout at 12 then you get towel at 6. Too many security cameras and monitoring too much and invasion of privacy everywhere. Overall kind of ok.

But the room given to me was very small, reason given was i was alone, but they took the whole amount as they charge for other rooms. Mosquitoes were feasting on me, in the room nothing was done.
