Good good

The great hotel which value its money! Great location, can walk everywhere easily to see the sightseeing. Stuff is very friendly. Room is warm, big enough for two big suitcases :) Breakfast is just delicious, the chef cook makes a lot of choices for all the guests. The desserts were wonderful.

Our staying here was great. Pepople here are very kind and answer to all your needs. For breakfast there are even gluten free or vegetarian options. I enjoyed my holiday here, maybe coming again next year.

The hotel has a good transportation location. The tram can go directly to the old city center and Vienna Central Station

Impeccable, to be redone and recommended

I stayed for two nights. It's a little far from Vienna Westbahnhof, but the station is nearby so it's easy to access. The room was clean and there was classical music playing on the radio, so I was able to relax. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but that wasn't particularly inconvenient. The coffee provided as an amenity was also delicious. Above all, the smiles of the front desk staff were wonderful and I had a very pleasant stay!

The water quality in Vienna is very good, and the tap water in the room tastes great! It was a very pleasant stay and experience.

It was good point: received a free upgrade Bath and toilet were separate Close to the station You will receive pocket tissues at checkout. Points I noticed: There is a mention of tea, but there is only a coffee machine and coffee capsules in the room. There is only shampoo and body soap in the shower room. There was noise from hotel construction starting around 8am.

The hotel is well located, it has the metro less than 5 minutes away and the tram right in front, both lines connect very well with the center and the area is quiet.

Room big but old. Toilet for people not over 1.50, you almost sit on the floor. The sofa in the room was completely trashed. Breakfast the same 5 times in 5 days. The color of the breakfast scrambled eggs was gray at the core. Staff are often busy with their cell phones and one out of 3 said hello. It's a shame, the connection is OK, nothing more!!
