Did not have digital doorlocks, uses keys instead. Room was kind of small, and a cleaner forgot to clean after entering our room one day.

Good good

The great hotel which value its money! Great location, can walk everywhere easily to see the sightseeing. Stuff is very friendly. Room is warm, big enough for two big suitcases :) Breakfast is just delicious, the chef cook makes a lot of choices for all the guests. The desserts were wonderful.

Our staying here was great. Pepople here are very kind and answer to all your needs. For breakfast there are even gluten free or vegetarian options. I enjoyed my holiday here, maybe coming again next year.

It's convenient to go anywhere by subway or tram. (The tram stops right in front of the hotel, so that's the better option.) The breakfast is the best! I stayed in similar hotels in Europe for 6 nights, but the breakfast was by far the best! They had caviar and all-you-can-drink wine... There were so many varieties that I couldn't possibly eat it all, but everything was presented stylishly and looked delicious. (And it was.) The prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly. If I have another chance to go to Vienna, I'll definitely choose this place!

My wife and I stayed two nights with a bed and breakfast. The best part of the hotel was that all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was quite rich, although some of the varieties were not to our taste. It was a pleasure to have breakfast accompanied by live music. Transportation facilities were quite good (There is a tram right in front of the hotel, and a metro station a few hundred meters away.) We definitely recommend it.

Impeccable, to be redone and recommended

I stayed for two nights. It's a little far from Vienna Westbahnhof, but the station is nearby so it's easy to access. The room was clean and there was classical music playing on the radio, so I was able to relax. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but that wasn't particularly inconvenient. The coffee provided as an amenity was also delicious. Above all, the smiles of the front desk staff were wonderful and I had a very pleasant stay!

The water quality in Vienna is very good, and the tap water in the room tastes great! It was a very pleasant stay and experience.

It was good point: received a free upgrade Bath and toilet were separate Close to the station You will receive pocket tissues at checkout. Points I noticed: There is a mention of tea, but there is only a coffee machine and coffee capsules in the room. There is only shampoo and body soap in the shower room. There was noise from hotel construction starting around 8am.
