Hilton Vienna Waterfront Reviews

Very basic amenities were provided.  No slippers, tooth paste & tooth brush.  The restaurant only provided limited food choices and charged you for hot water and bread even if you did not order it. Some staff were nice.  Good  in terms of scenery and room size but a bit far from major tourist and shopping areas

The view and the vibe are amazing! You can enjoy the sunset at the riverside canteen or walk along the river that is really relaxing. Also, the pool is great, especially during summer. But it only opens until 8pm which we did not catch up. Above, it was quite good. Recommended :)

The rooms are pretty spacious. It has a gym with plenty of options, so that was nice. Good breakfast selection in the morning

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful

I would absolutely stay again. I even extended one more night . The Rooms are sound insulated , clean and nice I would only mention that the AC is not very powerful , but everything is good and the breakfast is fresh and delicious

We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement: - Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job. - Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work. - Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it. - Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless. Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.

Nice stay, but remote location and sloppy staff members of the front would made me reconsider next stay.

The hotel stay was really good.

Hotel was undergoing renovation, was noisy some times, but altogether ok. Cleaning rooms is a bit of guys and miss. Was not impressed for a Hilton. Breakfast service is great though, and location is surreal for a vacation stay.

The hotel was nice, near the Danube River, just a few minutes walk from U2 line. You can have beautiful pictures near the riverside and the restaurant was good, the coffee was also good there.

The toilet in the room was not very clean & smelt of urine. . No hand soap is provided. The noise from the hotel renovation work started as early as 9am. Not very pleasant to disturb guests at this time.
