Had a great stay in Vienna. The room was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The key is that the service is very good. It was bae great if they added bread and butter for foreigners to the breakfast menu. The view was beautiful. The service is excellent. The staff understands a little English.

This place was just ok. It was a bit tired. Windows were dirty and left open without screens so a few mosquitoes. I was on o no smoking floor, but once I left the elevator to the floor found a door open with a group smoking. Typical of hotels and restaurants in china --- rules against smoking are not enforced. It did feel safe and breakfast was good enough.
