This is our second time here and it has everything we need in one spot. Peaceful, hikes, beach and all your amenities . And the fresh morning muffins in the morning are to die for♥️

The view was amazing. We had the Honeymoon Suite and we had the perfect view of the ocean. The breakfasts were second to none with fresh home made muffins and variety of options. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and are a text away should you need anything at all. There are canoes and kayaks that you could use at your leisure and we took advantage of the barbeque and made our own dinners Oceanside every night. It was the most relaxing time!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed after coming from the busy city. The lagoon was magical, we loved the ambience. We were surprised with freshly baked muffins and so many thoughtful touches in the room. Don’t hesitate to book this cozy lagoon room - we would come back in a heartbeat.

A phenomenal stay! We loved everything about this place. The B&B grounds are absolutely stunning—gorgeous flowers, peaceful waters, birds chirping, a hammock, and a swing all create such a serene atmosphere. The natural setting is truly breathtaking. Inside, the space is both cozy and authentic, with updated appliances and spotless cleanliness. Our only regret is not booking more nights to enjoy it all. Highly recommend!

Me and my wife just had our beautiful wedding honey moon at birds of a feather Studio suites. We wanted to come on here and let everyone know that these beautiful folks went above and beyond to make our wonderful stay with them as Memorable as possible they added an extra little special touch by making us fresh home baked muffins each morning to help us start our day off with a beautiful glow . I stand here today with absolute high praise for this wonderful couple that are the main owners of birds of a feather B & B . For anyone looking for an incredible B & B experience please please go chek out birds of a feather down on the water front of Esquimalt lagoon. We absolutely can't say enough about the beautiful honey moon experience we had . We are absolutely over the moon excited about our anniversary weekend next year with birds of a feather with Sincerest Regards Rees & Kimberley Wilson

This was my 2nd time back to this amazing location. We rented the hot tub and started the morning here listening and watching the birds fly into the lagoon. Breakfast every morning is a must! This is the perfect home away from home. During my first visit, a girls, trip we were able to paddle everyday on the lagoon and even enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. So much to do in the area as well; Hatley Castle, the historic light house and a stroll on the beach by the ocean. The hosts are so thoughtful and really make this spot so special that you will definitely book again.

This is our second visit to Birds of a Feather and we plan to return. Dieter and Paphada make us feel like welcome family and see to all our needs making our stay with them just perfect! We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

Our stay at Birds of a Feather for 3 days was, in a word, OUTSTANDING. Our unit was excellent: very comfortably furnished and fully equipped and sparkling clean and ready for our stay. The owners/operators were very friendly and extremely accommodating in all respects, including handling the booking of a whale watching tour for us. The unit rental also includes use of kayaks, canoes and bicycles at no additional charge to enjoy the beautiful property and surrounding area. The presentation of home made, warm and delicious muffins to enjoy was a daily surprise and so very much appreciated. Sincere thanks for the wonderful unit and your top-drawer hospitality.
