Naisoso Island Villas - Fiji

Stayed at Villa 105. We were picked up at the airport by the wonderful Holly and she honestly made this trip great for us. She picked up our luggage when the airline finally found it. We had breakfast delivered everyday at the villa and one night we had a private dinner. Holly drove us everywhere and picked us up. She set up our in villa massages and other services around Nadi. We had the floating breakfast our last morning. They hold luggage in case you have a late flight. They charge per "taxi" and extras (i.e. massages and private dinners). Breakfast was included. The villa itself was clean and stocked with cooking utensils. Housekeeping came if you asked. It is a bit isolated but the private beach was amazing and the sunrise from the balcony was beautiful. Just a tip: everyone runs on island time so always account for extra time to get to places.

All talk little substance. I travelled many hours to get here. I indicated I we would arrive around 8 pm. Been here less than two hours and here’s what’s happened:1. There are no street lights on most roads in Fiji. It’s pitch black and the roads generally suck and are in disrepair. There are no signs leading you to the Villas. Just a black road leading God knows where. Once through the fancy signage there’s no way to know where the reception is to check in. You’ve never been here. You have no idea what it looks like. Drive in a circle until a nice woman waves me down. 2. Once inside there was no record of my bond. And my Amex card couldn’t be processed. Due to the hour she had me sign something and I would return in the morning to settle up. This person then drove a van in front of me to show me where we were staying .rushed in, explained a few things and left. All/any information pertaining to internet or tv was inaccurate. I called the main number. She didn’t know the WiFi network. And the substitute password was wrong. She promised to call me back and didn’t. A security guard said he spoke to the manager who would be over. Never showed up. We asked for an extra bed and it isn’t here. A friend’s in the hard floor. There are No extra anything- pillows, blankets- nothing. I could go on and on. What a total bust.

Have spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services.

Trip to Fiji was made memorable with our stay at Naisoso Island Villas. The Villa 67 we stayed in was huge and super luxurious with every room including bathrooms large, comfortable and breakfast freshly served every day. The villa was fantastic and beyond expectations with great views. Before arrival our communications was with Hector who was quick to respond and address any questions and concerns. A big shout out to the friendly and helpful staff especially relationship manager Holeva who went out of the way to help us in so many ways, from airport transportation, car rental, booking activities...etc. She was in touch with us every day to make sure we were comfortable and helped us in making the stay stress free. Recommend a car rental to go around the place if you plan on visiting/exploring other parts of the island, market, restaurants...etc which is what we did. Definitely a little isolated and away from the busy town but not really far away, with airport 10 minutes, a nice grocery store and restaurant 5 minutes away which we loved. Being a gated community with guards gave peace of mind and security so that helped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. The staff here will make your stay memorable. Make sure to talk to Holeva, she will make your stay amazing.

WiFi and TV were not available for the first day, needed to access streaming options the rest of our stay. No food available except for breakfast, we were not prepared to rent a car so relied on transportation from the staff, for a fee. There are no restaurants or other venues close to the villas. Fan did not work in one room, not fixable and promised a portable fan that was not provided. It was hot and humid, so a working fan was needed. Damage deposit of FJD $1000 was to be held but was charged, refund form was required and with changes to exchange we were short on the refund. Staff onsite were responsive and tried to resolve our issues but appeared to mot have the resources to do so.
