The top floor of our three flat home, Paoli Nest is a cozy and fully appointed stay with all of your needs met. We offer a clean, safe, relaxing and thoughtful stay for our guests. The neighborhood is unbeatable with walkable restaurants, shops, and pubs. The expansive backyard offers an outdoor eating area and space to relax. The Military Ridge trail runs through the edge of the almost acre of space with easy biking access to Epic Systems, the lovely town of Paoli or right to Madison. We provide multiple coffee options and strive to make guests know they are welcome and at-home here. Linens and toiletries are also provided, as well as all you need to cook and dine at the Nest. The place seemed clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Would stay again.

I can't imagine any facility that would have suited our needs better. We had all three units all to ourselves while in town for a family wedding. Plenty of space for movies, card games, for both large and small groups to interact. I was able to cook and serve meals for 20 people during our 3 day stay. We had plenty of hot water, towels, beds, and propane for the grill. The backyard was so lovely, an absolute postcard. Our hosts were attentive to every question and request. All in all, just a perfect facility.

When we booked our stay back in early 2025, the advertising said "entire house in Verona". We did not read the small print and found out this was the upper unit which ended being fine if it wasn't for the shared AC system that the tenants in the first floor wanted frigid and we needed no AC at all. The host tried their best to accommodate everybody's needs and luckily for us the lower unit was empty for the rest of our stay which made it so much better. It is a great place to stay, good neighborhood and walking distance to local grocery and restaurant.

Everything about our stay was PERFECT! We were in town from Chicago for the Coldplay Concert in Madison and the distance was only about 15-20 minutes away. The place was so clean, cozy and welcoming! We appreciated all the small touches, definitely could notice that the hosts care about their guest. All the amenities made our weekend so smooth, we wished we could have stayed longer!

Excellent stay in Madison, WI
Our family of 5 recently stayed here as my wife and I were getting 2 of our 3 kids settled for their first job in Madison. The property was everything stated in the listing. The owners left some thoughtful snack and drink for us as we arrived very late to start our stay. The owners were excellent in terms of communication and follow up. This is a very nice apartment in the heart of Verona close to many restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Michele and Dave for providing an excellent alternative to a hotel for our 6 day stay! Highly recommended!!!
