Facilities and Hygiene: Rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms. Like the room in the castalderia was very big and clean, bathroom also very spacious. Chambers maintain the historical feel and are comfortable, well-kept.

This is a very old minor castle that’s been converted to a hotel. There is no air conditioning, so some of the rooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in late summer.
The property is in a very remote location in a tiny village surrounded by vineyard. There aren’t many options for eating, but the good news is that the food at this place is quite outstanding, some of the best food you can find anywhere. The hotel is run by a family with some of the friendliest staff we’ve seen anywhere. We plan to go back.

Our stay at Castello di Verduno met every expectation and beyond! The staff was super friendly and hospitable, the castle is beautiful and peaceful, beautiful rooms made you feel like royalty and amazing wine, cocktails and food!

A very average over priced stay in this old castle. For example none of the lamps in our bedroom worked. Some staff were friendly but 1 older lady was definitely not friendly …but she was happy to take our money at check out. We have never heard of paying for a room according to how many people there are….normally it is a room rate for a couple. Dinner was simple & tasty but expensive for what we ate & breakfast was very basic. We travel extensively but this place is definitely overpriced. We do not recommend staying here.

Nachdem wir vor 25 Jahren ein paar Tage im Hotel waren, sind wir dieses Mal auf der Durchreise nur zum Kaffee gekommen. Nach wie vor ist hier eine Oase der Ruhe. Wunderbarer und ruhiger Garten. Schöner Ausblick ins Tal. Da schmeckt der Kaffee doppelt.

Colazione un po' limitata. La mostra camera non era nel castello ma in un edificio attiguo con vista su giardino interno. Non era brutto ma non era quello che ci aspettavamo e sarebbe stato meglio saperlo prima.

Peccato. Posto magnifico. Purtroppo non basta. Camera senza televisore, fredda. Malgrado abbia fatto presente dopo la prima notte al peersonale che la tempreatura al mattino segnata dal termostato era di 15 gradi e pur avendo impostato una temperatura di 20 gradi i calorigeri erano gelati. Materassi dell'epoca dei Savoia. La mia schiena grida vendetta, avrei dormito meglio su un dacco di ceci. Rumoroso quando arrivano i vicini di stanza. Le porte pur essendo stupende non sigillano e la chiave anch'essa meravigliosa è rumorosissima. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo patetica. Se vuoi la colazione praticamente devi pagare extra. Credo cje la presentazione su Booking dovrebbe essere più onesta specificando chiaramrnte l'assenza di televisore e soprattutto che pur essendo ammessi gli animali si paga un sovrapprezzo di 15 euro a notte!!!!!!

Très belle découverte. J'ai choisi cet hôtel car je souhaitais découvrir le village de naissance de mon arrière grand-père, Verduno. Et j'ai été agréablement surprise par ce lieu chargé d'histoire. Sans compter la dame qui nous a accueilli et qui, lorsque je lui ai dit que mon arrière grand père venait de ce village, nous a raconté un tas de choses intéressantes sur ce lieu. Alors non , il n'y avait pas de télévision dans notre très grande chambre, mais aucun problème pour nous, car nous étions là pour visiter le village et profiter de cette vue magnifique sur les vignes et sur les Alpes. Un très bel endroit où je reviendrais avec plaisir. Et pour avoir lu d'autres commentaires, je ne suis pas d'accord sur le manque d'amabilité du personnel. En fait, comme partout en Italie, ou dans tout pays étranger, si vous faites l'effort de parler la langue et d'échanger un peu, vous verrez que les visages s'illumineront et que les personnes s'ouvriront à vous.

Le lieux historique est gardé avec amour et compétence dans son état d’origine. Situé au milieu des vignes avec un très beau jardin supérieur et un très joli jardin inférieur. Les chambres respirent le siècle passé tout en étant très bien entretenues et sont confortables. La cuisine est très bonne et le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié
