"Horrible experience. The ceiling in the restaurant was leaking water and they put out buckets to gather it. My room smelled like an ashtray and when asked if I could switch rooms I was denied, 4 days in a row. My showerhead is filled with lime and grime from years of use and neglect. Same goes for the bed. It was u-shaped and I could feel the springs in my back. The couch had nasty spots, look at pictures added. The food was also dry, undercooked and borderline unedible. All in all, a horrendous experience, and with no compensation afforded! Do NOT visit!"

We made a reservation in China before, but the payment could not be deducted after arriving abroad. After the failure, we had to rebook with an overseas VISA credit card. There was a loss."
