Perfect island, perfect hotel! The room has a beautiful view, with a wide view of the river and St. Mark's Square across the street. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff are helpful, very kind, and always smiling. I lost something twice and the staff helped me find it. Thank you very much!! The front desk staff are great, especially the front desk manager Elia (pronounced like "love you" in Chinese, very interesting) who is always attentive and thoughtful to help solve all troubles, so that guests can have a worry-free vacation. Thank you very much!! You can relax and have a romantic wedding here, which is great, seven-star service, seven-star experience👍👍

This time on a business trip, I did not expect the hotel I booked to be quite good. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the service attitude is very good, and the room is very clean. I will book again if I have a chance.
