Het is allemaal heel ‘basic’ in het hotel. De hal lijkt wel een zwembad met de witte tegels. Weinig gezelligheid. Vriendelijk personeel

Samen met mijn dochter van 25 een nachtje weg met wellness. Bij reservering gebeld om te vragen hoe dat ging qua wellness. Kreeg te horen dat je korting op behandelingen krijgt als je in het hotel verblijft. Werd terug gebeld door wellness. Had uitgelegd dat we beiden drie behandelingen wilde. Samen massage kon niet, geen probleem en begreep dat we daarom de ene de ene behandeling kreeg en dat we zo steeds af zouden wisselen. Om 11 uur de eerste afspraak en dan om 14 Samen klaar om dan Samen een high tea te doen. Bij aankomst geen aanduiding waar je je auto kan laden. Op parkeerterrein geen paal en doorrijden alleen voor laden en lossen. Dan kom je het hotel binnen en dan zie je eerst een lege lange bar en verder op de receptie. Vriendelijke jonge dame die niet wist dat we een vroege incheck hadden maar kwam goed. We konden door naar de wellness. Let erop dat u korting krijgt zei ze nog. Daar bleek maar 1 vriendelijke dame te zijn en die moest ons beide doen dus zouden we 6 uur in de wellness. Geen korting geen high tea Omdat ze alleen was geen drinken te bestellen. Hotel is oud. Op kamer geen voorziening.

Great location
We had a room overlooking the water. It would have been great to sit on the balcony with a morning cup of tea. But it must be the first hotel in the Netherlands that doesn't have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very disappointing.
The bathroom had been renovated and was nice and modern. It had a huge sink but no counter space for toiletries etc. The lighting was very poor and not bright enough for shaving, applying makeup etc.
Despite that, we will be back when the weather is warmer.

Het matras was heel zacht, ik lag in een kuil.
Verder was bij de vensterbank de verf afgebladerd zodat het een vies gezicht is.
De rest was alles goed.

Voor ons niet weer Fletcher Spaarnwoude. Koud binnen in het hotel, ruziënd personeel, lauw bier en na 21:00 niks meer te bestellen in het restaurant, terwijl op de kaart staat dat je tot 22:00 je nog bittergarnituur en dergelijke kan bestellen. Bij het uitchecken wilden we ons drinken afrekenen die we de avond ervoor hadden gehad, maar de persoon die er eigenlijk hoorde te zitten was niet aanwezig. De mevrouw die er nu zat gaf aan dat we niks hoefden te betalen want dan had haar collega er maar moeten zijn. Deze hebben jullie van ons was haar reactie. Een paar dagen later kregen wij in de mail toch de rekening. Wij vonden het erg onprofessioneel allemaal en zullen hier ook niet weer komen.
