Very poor amenities and no value for moy
This hotel is very basic and no value for money that I paid. There was no WiFi as it worked for few minutes. No hot water for shower. Cracked wash basin and unclean toilet. The bathroom floor was in painted in black but paint was worn out and looked very dirty. Pests were found in the bathroom. Only one towel was provided for three adults.
Staff were amazing but they couldn’t manage due to poor amenities. Booked for two days and couldn’t stay for one day and moved to a different hotel and had to pay
More money for late booking.
Food was great and the staff too.
Really sorry to leave these comments but these are my honest opinions and will never choose to stay in this hotel.

Pros: Centrally located, clean and well maintained rooms, helpful front desk employees, valet parking facilities, wide spread in complimentary breakfast, complimentary tea/coffee with some snacks in the evening. Cons: Property looks slightly old from outside, toilet could have been maintained better. It was slightly stinking and flush was not in good condition.

They are doing renovation work and the same is not mentioned in advance.
It was horrible to stay during day time
Could not attend any official work.
Forced to go out till 6 pm.
Most horrible stay.
MMT should take up the issue.
