Comfortable bed and pillow, strong flow of showering water, strong aircond, nice atmosphere and environment, friendly staff, easy to get Bolt, cab and Tuk Tuk. Near to BTS station and local market. No kettle and coffee in room.

The room is clean and clear. I stayed in second time. I loved that place. Nearby center of city. Many food street.

The hotel is good and clean. Breakfast also served at the hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is neat and clean with everything you need.

Its location is far from Ratchathewi BTS, no facilities at all actually, only a very tiny pool which is dirty and out of sunshine, and no sunbath chair provided. 7-11 is accessible in the 100M. There is no kettle inside room, you need to get hot water on the ground floor. Many cars are parked in front of the main entrance, it covered the hotel door entrance and it is also an obstacle for visitors to carry their luggage entering the hotel.

Staff and facilities were great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. On the last day there was heavy rainfall and unfortunately the hotel had no power. Otherwise it was a great stay and value for money.

good location & there are alot of 7-11 around the alley. staffs are friendly and helpful as well!

I have a previous review with more photos of the room so won’t be adding them again. Just adding photos of the outside area by the pool. The hotel is clean. But there are these small flying bugs in the room. And for those who are sensitive to smell, book somewhere else. For those who aren’t you won’t be bothered. It smells like damp wet areas/pipes. I got back from shopping in the afternoon and the ac had stopped working. Called for help, waited in the room for 10-15 minutes but it was too hot so I went to the reception. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes. And the staff was really apologetic about this. Also housekeeping knocked on the door at 10. And I asked them to come back later. Came back from shopping after 15, and the room hadn’t been made so called and asked for them to make up room because my towels were dirty and I had no more toilet paper. Waited in the room for 20 minutes and housekeeping came. And then I went to reception to wait and returned to the room after 30 minutes and the room had been made. They don’t change the sheets after one night. The pool is just a huge jacuzzi. Located outside the entrance where cars pulls in. The photos here are of the seats next to the pool. If you want to sunbathe and play in the pool. Book another place. You won’t enjoy this area. Seven eleven outside the hotel. Lots of cheap massage places. Didn’t try so can’t say more about that. Hotel is located at the very end of an alley. The walk to bts station is 10 minutes. So I ended up taking muvmi everyday. Cost 31-52 bath depending on if you’re going to paragon or central world. Pickup/drop off location at the entrance of the hotel. Very convenient.

Clean hotel not suitable for those who are sensitive to smells. Can take Muvmi or grab to your sightseeing destinations. Takes 10 min walk to bts station and that road to bts is very hard to walk if you have a peak or a lot of luggage. Also you would be soaking wet by the time you’re by the bts station. Lots of local food stands and massage places in that alley. Don’t book this hotel for the pool. It’s just a big jacuzzi. No sunbeds. Seven eleven outside. Also really close to the malls Mbk/siam center/paragon.

A cheaper no frills and amenities VELA hotel at Ratchathewi Bangkok. The only plus point was the excellent Front office and housekeeping crew who keeps the room and hotel spock and span.
