El trato del personal es cercano y agradable, la comida abundante y variada, los postres excelentes. Las instalaciones para los tratamientos están un obsoletas, algunas necesitan reparación. Exceso de usuarios en los tratamientos. Las habitaciones son reducidas y necesitadas de actualizar.

Établissement thermale !
ATTENTION, ce n'est pas un hôtel mais centre thermale. La moyenne d'âge est de 70 ans tous là pour la cure !
Dommage car le site est bien, le spa à 21€ les 90 minutes egalement...même si il y a affluence avec les curistes.
Literie très bien, petit déjeuner buffet en réfectoire.

Quiero hacer constar el tema comida. Todos los platos que sirven están deliciosos. Son muy cuidadosos con los clientes celíacos. En especial, Enedina nos atendió de maravilla facilitando muchísimo la estancia. El resto de instalaciones también están bien. Recomiendo a quien vaya de ir con pensión completa.

Hola, mi primera experiencia con el IMSERSO,10 días en el balneario de Ledesma, todo genial , tratamiento termal , balneario muy bien, comida, excursiones,trato personal limpieza... No tengo queja ninguna,pena que se acabe, aconsejable sin duda,un saludo volver muy aconsejable

Pasamos unos días fantásticos buena comida , buena limpieza en habitaciones, maravilloso el personal sobre todo en restaurante, y quiero hacer mención a la Srta Paula de recepción de noche que tuvimos una urgencia médica y ella lo solventó en pocos minutos,GRACIAS por tu profesionalidad , pueden estar tranquilos ya que no te sientes sola en una urgencia y lis médicos también están muy pendientes. Lo recomiendo para todos, pero para nuestros mayores más. Hasta pronto

Han sido unos días fantásticos. Un trato excelente. Todo muy limpio. El personal es muy atento y el alojamiento es muy correcto. Buenas camas y un baño amplio. Las camareras de piso muy atentas siempre. Los tratamientos correctos y lo mejor, sin ninguna duda, la comida: hemos comido mejor aquí que en muchos otros hoteles de mayor categoría.
