"We stayed here in February 2024 as a family with two kids. The room was spacious, nice and clean. We only missed more hooks/racks in the room for wet clothes from skiing/swimming pool/wellness. Breakfast is rich - you can choose from variety of food (hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, salami, cheeses, some vegetable, fruit, cereals, jams, honey, chocolate spread, sweet pastry etc.). Dinners are usually with 3 courses plus vegetable bar and dessert. Swimming pool and wellness area is nice. The temperature in the sauna was not enough for us (cca 85 degrees) and there is only 1 shower with really cold water and one more shower with cool water (sprinkling from the sides) we found it as insufficient especially when there are more people in sauna at the same time - which in season definitely are... "

"We stayed in 2019 and were so satisfied that we definitely want to return. This year, unfortunately, was a disappointment, both for the food, which left much to be desired, and for the service. The photos on this website of the breakfast and lunch and dinner buffets don't match at all. There's no garden buffet; in 2019, we had three. If you want to change a dish, you have to pay €3. Nothing has changed regarding cleanliness or friendliness. I give this a 5, but the rest are 1."

"We found this to be a fine place for an overnight stop (or even longer) on the way to / from the South. Located in a much neglected village not far from Rovereto, easily accessible, with easy parking, very friendly people and a fine breakfast, the house here and there shows its age. Efforts are being made to keep it up-to-date, with an outdoor swimming pool and nicely trimmed lawn around it. Calliano is well worth being walked through, and the recommended restaurant Dovial Chesini serves fine Italian food at decent prices, apparently also popular among the locals."
