The stay at the HQ was satisfactory, though the expectations were high.
The room was spacious. But they don't provide basic facilities in the room such as an extra towel, dental kit, and shaving kit.

They need training of how to treat guests. they just don't booked spa, they asked to wait for many services, dirty water in shower, salty water in taps..

Not at all an ideal place for the people who want to explore goa. My humble request don't book this hotel if you are exploring goa. Staff are very adamant especially who are in the reception desk. They are just behind the money.
