Hotel le Roi
"We spent a lovely weekend in Varazze and stayed at Hotel Le Roi. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The ocean view from our room was absolutely spectacular. The food at the hotel’s restaurant, Blu de Mare, was also spectacular. We had pizza, pasta, grilled fish, and fried seafood for our meals and tiramisu for dessert. It was the best food we have had in Italy so far. The chef/proprietor was very attentive to our needs, and his staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting out on our balcony and enjoying the view. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, and there is a pedestrian walkway that goes all the way to the main strip of shops and restaurants in the town. One of the things we liked about Hotel Le Roi is that it is more private than some of the hotels on the main strip in the town. We paid for parking at the hotel and then walked everywhere, but for those who don’t like to walk or would not be able to walk on inclines or steep steps, it’s about a 3 minute drive to the main part of town. The town is family friendly and pet friendly — there were children playing and people walking their dogs everywhere we went. It was a lovely weekend."

Hotel Cristallo
"Very clean hotel with spacious breakfast rich from sweet to salad Personal very available and friendly excellent quiet location Equipped with parking Unica sink the covers on the very date bed .... absolutely to change"
Hotel Le Palme
"We stayed two days in low season. They assigned us a room that should have been deluxe, very small, the cleanliness of the bedside tables, desk and green velvet chairs left much to be desired and there was no support for luggage. We cleaned chairs and surfaces with a towel that in the end was very dirty. The mattress was comfortable and we slept well. The staff we saw is very Tunisian, unpleasant and unprofessional the Tunisian gentleman who served at the table who put the fork on the table holding it by the prongs. There are no tablecloths on the tables even though the prices are not very low, the food was still pleasant and even the breakfast is plentiful. Desserts are not recommended, the profiteroles are disgusting. At the reception, however, they were always kind."
Coccodrillo Hotel & Apartments
"Beautiful hotel and residence, very clean and well organized for all your needs. Excellent welcome, polite and very knowledgeable staff. Very nice rooms, comfortable and well furnished. Abundant and very good breakfast, both sweet and savory. The structure has a beautiful and never crowded swimming pool. Very convenient because it is a stone's throw from the station and via the underpass it is a snap to reach the center and the beach."
Hotel Miranda
"Booked a triple room, there is a big bed and two small beds in the room, the space is relatively small after the bed is placed; the bathroom is small, the shower room is narrow, the larger guest is cautious, and the towel for the head is old and dark, but there is no smell; After flushing the toilet, there will be water flowing out, and it will take two to stop the water flow; the room is in a good environment, quiet, open the door in the morning, go out to the balcony, you can see the sea view in the distance; breakfast is rich and satisfactory; The car parked in his garage will charge 10 euros, if you park outside the hotel, you will charge 6 euros, and you will also charge 3 euros in taxes when you leave the store. This is calculated, the room rate does not feel cost-effective."
Hotel Ariston & Apartments
"This hotel is in the most beautiful setting. It’s a little dated but that adds to its charm. The waiting staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. It’s a short walk to the lovely town of Taormina and the bus station is right behind so convenient for getting around. Not great for those with mobility issues as there’s lots of steps and located high up."
Hotel Villa Centa
"It's a nice and welcoming hotel, not too far from the city centre, but distant enough to be in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, fairly nice and cosy, but they are not very modern. The quality of the bedsheets is not the best, definitely can be improved. A big issues for me is that the rooms' doors are fire doors which close by themselves, so in the morning when the other guests go downstairs for breakfast it can be very noisy with all the slamming doors. A part from that in the evening is very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very generous, there are a lot of options and is quite tasty. The hotel is managed by the owner and his family, which are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a few discounts for some restaurants and lido in town. Parking is a bit tricky, they have a few available spots, but then you won't be able to take the car everyday, so the best solution is to park on the road which can be difficult because there are not many parking spots available. If they update a bit the rooms and fix the problem with the slamming door I would be happy to come back. The price is fair considering location and quality of room and services. "
