最多三星,不屬於四星級酒店,這次住的希爾頓有點失望,比起其他連鎖品牌服務和條件都要稍微差一點,早飯還不錯,酒店在裝修,電梯不能用,每天要走樓梯,沒有room service,不會打掃房間,房間更是一言難盡,一大片空地,沙發都沒有,好像有張床剛搬出去,還沒有收拾好,廁所也很小,沒有浴缸,也沒有洗手池子,衹有一個馬桶和淋浴間

Absolutely do not stay here!!! They do not have working elevators, and have no idea when they will have them working. Told they have been down for months. The hallways could get you high off paint fumes. We got to the room and there was no couch nor chairs as was advertised. Called the front desk and was told none of the rooms have them! They said they do not owe any discount or refund as the website tells there is renovations.... I called to book the room and was never shown nor warned about the renovations and lack of half the rooms furniture! We were told they had 2 free waters in the room due to the inconvenience!!! We are looking at canceling our stay and moving hotels. Just terrible!!!

OVERWHELMING PAINT FUMES IN ROOM. This hotel is under renovation and they are having guests stay in rooms that are only partially renovated. These rooms should be out of order. I had to leave due to paint fumes. I couldn’t bear it for more than a few moments. I tried to check out at the front desk after only 1 hour. They claimed they couldn’t check me out and refused to refund my money for the night. I had to stay at another hotel for the night. When I contacting the general manager for a refund, my request was denied. Poor quality and poor customer service. Unacceptable practices for hospitality & management.

This is not a 4 star hotel! The elevator was down. Dirt all over floors. Only one person on staff at 7pm. No coffee. Pool was disgusting . I have stayed at better motel 6. The front desk got didn't even bother to brush his hair. Not happy with our stay at all.

When checking into the hotel the staff was super friendly and ensured that I knew they were under construction. The construction does currently include the elevator and they were kind enough to assign me to the ground floor. The room was clean and quiet and the shower has really good pressure. As always the cookies are a tasty perk!

I know this hotel is under renovation and that was fine with us. What I am not okay with is not being informed that the elevator is out of service and has been for months! This is a specific thing that should be posted before checking in not mentioned after you have already paid. I did file a complaint with corporate Hilton number and was given some bonus points, which I did not even ask for. I would really like to simply make sure that this is conveyed before people check in and the rules about refunds are relaxed so that people can go elsewhere if needed for mobility issues. The pool area is nice but pretty much unusable because it was hotter than the hot tub. Staff did not seem to really care about any of it and were quite dismissive as if the renovation banner excuses all of it. No one was rude or anything just nonchalant I suppose is the way I would say. However I do want to mention that the breakfast was fantastic and the ladies in there were excellent, thank you for that! The same great cookies were yummy, the bed was comfy as always. Just expected better from the Hilton Doubletree Brand…even during renovation, close if you can’t meet certain requirements instead of offering subpar accomadations. Anyway thats my two cents worth.

This was one of the most disappointing visits I’ve ever had to a Double Tree. Start with the fact that the hotel was undergoing major reconstruction with no warning on the website when I made reservations. That resulted in: no working elevator, being assigned to a room on the second floor where active construction was taking place with plastic on the carpets, construction dust and drywall compound spilled throughout. My room had clearly not been remodeled and outlets were loose and the curtains on the window did not cover the windows completely leaving sunrise being unimpeded into my room. Add to that, the shower dispensers were empty of shampoo and shower gel. And for all of this inconvenience, I received two $1 bottles of water free in compensation. Even as a Hilton Honors member, I will think carefully before choosing Double Tree again.

First, I will say that we have stayed at a variety of different Hilton properties over years of travel and usually we enjoy our stay and have positive experiences. Also, the staff at this facility was helpful and efficient, so this isn’t about them as much as it is a management problem. We sent an email about our stay but as yet have not received any reply. We made this reservation well ahead of a trip to enjoy a concert in the area. We have stayed nearby in the past and were familiar with the area and facilities in the area. Normally we stay at another Hilton property nearby, but this time the rate at this property was significantly more favorable. We decided to give it a try. On arrival, we discovered why. We usually stay on an upper floor, so we selected a room on the 3rd floor. When we arrived, we were informed that due to remodeling in the building, the elevator was disabled. Had we been informed prior, at check in, we could have selected a room on the first floor. We should not have to ask about that. It should be offered. We had to haul our luggage up three floors of stairs. The phone in our room didn’t work. We couldn’t call the front desk or anywhere else. We mentioned this to the front desk and were told that it was due to the construction work. It was never connected during our stay. This is a safety issue. I should think the fire department and code enforcement would have something to say about it. We had our own cell phones otherwise we would have required different accommodations. There was no bar soap at the bathroom sink, we had to ask at the desk for it. We didn’t have enough towels either. A small detail, but just another thing that was lacking. The breakfast provided was good, but the single employee assigned to attend the breakfast buffet had more than she could do to keep up with the demand.
