Art Hotel Grivola
"We were fairly tired from an entire day of ski and we did not want to eat too much so late at night, it was around 10:00. We shared a pizza and a salad and to our surprise on the bill the tap filtered water was charged at 8 Eur this was in addition to the Coperta which in most restaurants ranges from 6 to 12 Eur. We ended up paying for a bill of 43 Eur, a pizza and a salad out of which 20 Eur was filtered tap water and “service charge”. A disgusting behavior from what seemed a nice Restaurant. We are staying for 5 more nights I will make sure to stay clear of this restaurant. I am well traveled, I strongly recommend anyone looking to enjoy their night to go somewhere else. @owners, if you see this, this is not a way to treat your guests. Cheap cheap cheap, disgusted"
Hotel Europa
"I have been staying at Hotel Europa for 4 years now, and I can honestly say that in recent times I have noticed a significant improvement in every aspect. This year I particularly appreciated the organization: parking available for both cars, simple and stress-free management, and above all a fantastic ski room. Automatic lockers opened with the room key card, all heated (boots, gloves, helmet), and an incredible convenience: you leave your room in slippers, take the elevator, enter the ski room, and within 100 meters you are at the Cretaz chairlift. The staff has always been very attentive and professional. The housekeeping team is truly on point: even small inconveniences, like in my case with my dog, were handled immediately and discreetly, without even needing to ask. Reception is always available and ready to solve any request, and I also noticed clear improvements in the breakfast area and restaurant. The spa is also excellent: staff always present, attentive and discreet, ensuring a शांत and relaxing environment, and ready to intervene professionally whenever needed to maintain guests’ comfort. The only small suggestion would be to better promote the dinner service, perhaps with dedicated packages or special offers. Overall, an excellent experience: fully deserving of 5 stars… actually, even one more if it were possible. Thank you very much and see you again soon"
Hotel Principe Delle Nevi
"We stayed for 5 nights in Dec 25 and, whilst, we had a great time skiing, felt extremely frustrated with the hotel, particularly the dining and service side of things. Apparently the hotel has just changed ownership and this explains the change! Start with the positives, Hotel is really well located with ski in/ ski out location. It’s about 5mins drive from town centre and the hotel drive you in and pick you up at your request. Great service. They also pick skis up from rental company and return them. Room, bar and spa area are all modern, clean and well presented. I had a massage and was very good. Spa area and pools nice (save outside being broken). Negatives: Main criticism, We had half board, however, after the first nights dinner, we decided to eat out for the remaining 4 nights. Some of the food was inedible. Breakfast was a similar experience, watery scrambled eggs etc and the service was shocking. Rarely asked if we wanted a coffee, had to catch waiters attention and when we did it seemed like an inconvenience. Last morning, manager served us and seemed to sigh a lot when taking order for 3 drinks! Whilst the spa area was nice we had a couple of issues. I specifically asked before booking if our kids (11 and 14) could use the pool area and facilities and was informed via email that yes they could. This was a big thing for us, so I only booked after this was confirmed. Went to spa after 1st days skiing only to be told only over 16’s, I produced email to the contrary so they let them in on basis of being quiet and no jumping in the pool (which is absolutely fine and behaviour I would expect). They behaved, however on 2nd day we had exactly the same conversation with someone else and manager had to come and confirm okay again! My youngest didn’t want to go in 3rd day as he felt they didn’t want him in there! Secondly, the larger out door heated pool’s cover was broken for the period of our stay so you had to book time in the spa area as less room. Told it would be fixed a couple of times but wasn’t. Service, other than the drivers, who take you down to town, the masseuses and the lads behind the bar, felt the service was very lax. Particularly the dining room staff and the reception staff. Lastly, no entertainment at apres bar, which was dead. Apparently used to be busy and have regular music on under previous owners. Such a shame as hotel was highly recommended however heard numerous complaints similar to ours and people who have been multiple times said the change was severely evident. Hope they get their act together."

Sertorelli Sporthotel
"The rooms are spacious. The wellness centres out of this world. So easy to get out skiing the food is like a 5 star Michigan restaurant. The staff are kind and fun and friendly"
Aux Pieds du Roi - Suite & Spa
"The hotel was great, the room specious and very clean, modern appliances and everything is of high quality. Very close to sky lift and Cervinia village. The owners and the staff are very helpful, accommodation and always available. The spa was great too! We will surely come back!"
Hotel Al Piolet
"Very nice hotel perfectly located in Cervinia )Short distance to skilifts). Tasteful decorated and quality beds"
Hotell Millefiori- Alpine Event Lodge
"Great quality and great value copious breakfast and dinner, this hotel is a great pick if you are a foodie. Nice location but on a busy road with limited private parking, sometimes guests have to move their car to let others out but could always park at the hotel. Close to the mountains. Great service and host. Clean and comfortable. Good ambiance."
Maison Le Cler
"Let's start by saying that the B&B is very beautiful and our room (Joseph Louis) was very nice, well-furnished, welcoming, and clean, although it was really poorly soundproofed (we could hear everything going on in the adjacent or above room). The location is strategic for watching the "dezarpa," and the nearby highway, on the other hand, doesn't disturb the peace at all. The breakfast, which we had read was gargantuan, we found good, with genuine, homemade products (we asked for soy or oat milk, but they didn't have any). What really ruined our stay was the intense cold we suffered in the room. Since it was a rainy weekend with outside temperatures between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius, we asked several times if the heating could be turned on; we were told that the central heating would come on at 7:00 PM. In reality, it was turned on around 8:00 PM and turned off around 10:00 PM, while the next morning it never came on. It's a shame, because Mrs. Mara's kindness was truly exceptional, and she was very helpful and thoughtful (we even had the room available until the afternoon). Definitely worth considering in the height of summer, but avoid at the end of the season."
