Mulberry Suites

We stayed there for 4 nights, by the end of October. Clean rooms, good service, and a perfect location. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It's written in the reservation that the check-in is at 3pm and the reception works till 4pm, so not sure why the complaints if everything was mentioned. Additionally there are at least 3 cheap lockers in Valetta where you can leave your luggage. We arrived at 10AM to the hotel and we were able to use the bathroom near the reception, to have some water and rest a bit on a sofa. The reception was closed that day, but we left our luggage near the reception and nothing happened to it. The main entrance of the hotel is closed by the pincode, so it's not like an all open areas where anyone can enter. We had a room on a 4th floor. It was quite quiet, of course we heard some noises from the rooms next door - but it's normal. I am a sensitive sleeper so I was using the earplugs and had amazing sleeps. Each room has a conditioner, so it was very comfy through hot days. The breakfast was good enough, with different choices of bread, cereals, croissants, cheese, meat, fruits and vegetables. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed if we were leaving them on the floor. I would recommend definitely.

This ideally located hotel could be a gem. But it is noisy, breakfast is way below average and the overall experience lacks human warmth.

Lovely small boutique hotel Lovely small boutique hotel, very close to all amenities. Staff were lovely, arranged our airport shuttle and were more than helpful. The hotel was very clean, breakfast good. One very small gripe, the shower in our room got water all over the floor, it was quite slippery, plus it ran down the step into the bedroom. However enjoyed the hotel and will stay there again.

Comfortable Out-of hours check-in (reception desk not staffed 24h) worked fine. Hotel was clean, modern, and fit for purpose (albeit I was allocated the "accessible" room which had a 'wet room' bathroom but floor tiling did not slope enough to drain water away so there was a large squeegee to dry the floor after showering!) Breakfast was adequate.

Boutique hotel so very interesting room. Windows view is inside courtyard. No fridge or safe in the room. Breakfast scarce ingredients but what was there was good (limited gluten free) coffee available 24 hrs a day and free water from water cooler. Centrally located in Valletta near many restaurants and shops

We were unaware that the suite was not part of the hotel. It had its own entrance and was directly on street. Very loud. Smallest door I have ever seen. Floors were always sandy had to wear sandals inside all the time. Otherwise very charming.
